Well, forgive me for trying to recommend a book to you. I'll make sure to not suggest anything next time.

Shame. That sounds pretty interesting, but I don't like that journal writing, even in Dracula. It does sound like fanfiction considering Mina Harper is mentioned.

Lol. I like how people are jumping on you because you gave the book a negative review. Just because you didn't like the book doesn't mean you were bashing it. The point of a review is to use pros and cons to establish whether or not a work is recommendable.

Anyway, I agree with every word. The original "Dracula" was pretty good in itself, albeit somewhat repetitive and slow at times - but Kate Cary, who is and always has been an abysmal writer, pretty much just wrote some fanfiction (which badly imitated Stoker's original style) and managed to get it published.

Bloodline is definitely one of the few GOOD vampire books out there today. And, are you sure you read it? Because his name is JOHN Shaw, not Jack Shaw.

I thought Bloodline was very interesting.
Its not my favorite, my I would certainly reccomend it.
I respect your opinion one hundred percet, but I found the journals very unique and how each person takes in what's going on.

It WAS needed, because I don't want people to feel like a week of their life was wasted on reading a terrible book.

wow. ok. this whole article is totally your own opinion. Bloodline is one of MY favorite books, and i dont see why it was necessary to write an article bashing it.
