I've been debating about getting my hands of this novel for a very long time...but things have always come up the first being that I can never find it and the second that I've always got some excuse for not sitting down to simply enjoy a book. I've heard great things about Russel's book and I love his stand up he's utterly hilarious and absolutely crazy. After reading this review I'm making it my new years resolution to at the very least buy it. I want so badly to be able to state a true oppion of him instead of just the little stories he tells of himself durring his acts.

I love Russell Brand and this book is amazing. :)
I had watched Russell Brand's stand-up one night with my mom and we were saying how funny he actually was. After watching "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and having seen him promote this book, I was hooked. I had to read it. I got it for Christmas last year and I loved. He's a wonderful author. I heard a rumor that he's writing another one, starting with his recent success. :)

This book is everything you need from a biography.
It makes you laugh and cry.
There is a point in the book which I can't even read anymore because it just makes me cry.
Its the bit when he puts on that play, and half way through he rakes a broken glass/bottle up and down his arms and chest. Makes me sob like a baby.
i seriously want to meet this man <3

Most epic title to a story, hands down.
Great article.

I adore Russell Brand, and this book. I'm glad he's getting big in America now, too. :D

Oh, god, I love this book! I first picked it up in a Borders forever ago, and started reading it just to see if I'd enjoy it. Next thing I knew, I was more than a hundred pages in, and had been standing there so long that the cashier was looking at me weirdly. Seriously, it's so well-written, and so hilarious - everyone needs to read this book.
