1. When someone talks, you start a new line. Basic rule of writing because it looks all jumbled up and unpleasing to the eye.
2. CAPITLIZE PROPERLY. You haveq a shift button, use it. There is no excuses for not capitalizing the I. If you really are that lazy, then write you chapters in MS word because it authomatically caps I's and the beginnings of sentences.
3. Proofread. Proofread. Proofread.
