I have a question if the guy is wearing a mask how does Frank know is name, wouldn't Frank know him anyway or has he given Frank a different name

can i guess on the riddle? he'll either be dead or worse off by the time Gerard turns off his lights that night, or at some set night. which means that whoever took frank would be watching gerard. either that, or this kidnapper is going to take Mikey/someone else when the lights get turned off. that's just my assumption.
