"It's vital that you never kill the loser's sense of optimism."
I also, thought of The Sims while reading this. The idea of this was brilliant and well crafted. I pictured this story being told from the mouth of a drill sergeant to his recruits of evil souls. A plan to destroy someone of lesser value than yourself. I thought you basically described the mentality of a psychopath, every detail counted and mattered. The loser in my mind was Peter Parker. I understand this is based off a game, but what you described could work for just about anything in real life situations and that's what I liked. Peter Parker just happened to be my favorite super hero and I thought it fit pretty well.
This reminds me of 1984/Brave New World in a way, with a controlling, torturous force out to wreck lives. I like it, and I loved the instructional narration style, that made it different and stand out. The fact that the narrator was so emotionless too made the stories almost eerie to read. Loved it!
I loved the idea behind this, you twisted the title in such a good way! And it is written very well, with the actual style and the realism of the piece. Well Done!
Oneshot for Oneshot I loved this one-shot. It was very well-written, and the concept was amazing. That would be an awesome game if it didn't relate so closely to what life can be like for some people. Awesome one-shot.
Oneshot For Oneshot Okay, I freaking loved this. Probably one of the best things I've read on Mibba. I really liked the whole idea behind the game, but it was creative, too. The way you described each thing to do to the "loser" was amazing, and it kept building up and up until the game was over. The concept is scary, but I loved it just that much more for that reason. You should definitely make this into a story.
