This is very sweet, and I love your writing in it. I like how you took a very negative experience and slowly evolved it into something positive. I also love the heavy life-changing vibe of it. Also, I normally don't pay much mind to layouts, but I must say I love your layout for this.

I really like this story. It has this sweet, "I've-changed-and better-off-for-it" feeling. Not to mention it was written very well. The wording was perfect and the details were amazing. I hope you do well in the contest!
