Great chapter! But I have to say, if I'm being completely honest, I do not like Chloe. She can tell that she wouldn't be anywhere if Amanda couldn't watch her girls? Can she not see that she likes Zack too much, and this will all blow up in her face, her looking like the bad guy? Sure, Jacob sucks, so why doesn't she leave him? Obviously she of al people could tell you that having separated parents builds character! She's stuck between a rock and a hard place, just because of her urges. And I can tell you that this would be a perfect set-up to have Jacob come home early to spend some time with his wife and daughters. But Amanda tells him that Chloe left, saying that the couple was going to spend time together. That would be the perfect time for her to come home and have her world crumble.

Wow, so sorry for that rant! I guess I couldn't really stop myself... Please forgive me! And now you know your story is gripping and puts the reader on edge, I suppose... :) Thanks for updating! Encore soon, please!
