First off, I love the picture you've got for the banner- the blood around the mouth is gorgeous and already, I can get a sense of what this story is going to be about. Again, I get quite skeptical of stories that have domestic abuse in them, mostly because it's often glamorized or romanticized, and though there was a hint of that in this one, you managed to stay on ordinary ground- well done you! The plot was believable and the way you separated it out into three chapters ensured that nothing was squashed together when it came to the flow of the story. So good!
aw this was so good!! i loved it! :) i think you should maybe do a sequel to give them a happy ending?? please! :D but at the same time, the ending was really good and realistic.
Wow, I actually liked this. At first I was a tad wary because it isn't something like what I would usually read. However, I liked the story and thought it was pretty good.
I think in a way this story is heartbreaking, and in a way it hits close to home. I think you did do a really good job describing why abused people stay in abusive relationships, and I honestly think this is quite realistic.
Um...WOW! Wow, wow, wow, wow. I loved this! To be honest, this was the first slash story I have read. And I loved it. I especially loved the layout. I was like "whoa" when I clicked the link.
The way it was written...was great. It was something different than I have ever read. Like, you didn't go into detail about the abuse and stuff, and that's what I liked about it. I also like how you ended it, with Lucas leaving.
