Though, Ronnie didn't really react to it. You'd expect him to feel more anger at learning that someone else touched his mate... Maybe there will be a reclaiming in the future? Like, after the trial when Ronnie learns all the details of what Mortis did to him?

I simultaneously love and hate you at the same time. Max lost hope for being saved and just wanted it all to end. He even forgot Ronnie's voice and is unable to speak! He's in so much pain! So, that is why I hate you. But I love you for updating so much and letting me not fester my hatred and rage for too long before being provided with new material that eases it. So thank you, but I want more and a better development. Please update more!
