First off, I normally hate vampires. Well maybe not hate. Hating mythical species is kind of a waste of time, but really, they're not usually my thing. But your vampire? I like.

Your first few paragraphs are dreamy perfections of description. And a little gross in a creepy way. Something about the way that she desires blood in the same way people wish for sex or chocolate cake. It was just amazing. More than that, I like a vampire that willingly embraces the hunger to an extent. Normally, vamps are whiny or broody about it. But she just wants blood because it's delicious and there.

All in all, very awesome, very creepy, very well done.

i haven't found a good creepy story for a while. this one sounds interesting and promising. can't wait to see what happens x]
