She needs to realize how much of a big step that was for him. I love that he's ready for a commitment which you would think she wants because she's always been so insecure, but I think that this shows that a part of her is unsure about them and their relationship. They are still young and maybe she just hasn't admitted to herself that she wants to try other things for a while, who knows.

Maybe there's some groupie who's followed the band since beforeand she had a thing with alex and carter didn't know or she hooks up with her while they're on the road and they break up and she gets closer to ryan ... Who knowww ;p

In this case she wasn't even greaking out, he completely overreacted. It's good that they made up though and it's not gona carry on forever and ever but I think he's gonna miss her t that's why he freaked out.
