    I think that he should disapprove but Demetrius should rebel or something along those lines. You can use an arranged marriage and he just backs out of it in the last minute to stay with Kori.

    Hey since you were the most recent comments, I have a question. Okay, I'm working on the next chapter now and I am stuck myself on whether the King should approve or disapprove. There are many ways I could do each way. He can be more forceful and banish/punish Kori if he disapproves or maybe force them both to leave. If he approves which makes things boring, should he force them apart or break them up and maybe arrange Demetrius in a marriage (That would make it interesting now that I think about it) Let me know pleaseeeeee!
