No, I'm not a doctor, or a journalist for that matter. I'm sorry if I offended you, but I did try and do some research for some symptoms and treatments for rib injuries, and those were what I found. I would appreciate it if you wouldn't rip my piece; it is a work of fiction, after all, and is meant to be enjoyed, not nit-picked at.

Ice dressings are a fix for compound rib fractures and killer headaches can result from rib injuries? Where did you get your medical training- and your journalistic skills? That's 10 minutes I'll never get back.
