Yeah love is a disease and you get "cured" of it with a surgery when you're like 16 but then if you fall in love before that you likely run away or something

Thank you so much! And yeah those are all some of my favorite books/inspirations. Tbh I got this idea because I was reading this book called Delirium which everyone said I would like because I'm obsessed with dystopias, but I hated it. I thought "this is awful, I could write a better dystopia than this," then I was like. Oh hey there's an idea I will write a dystopia.

I can't even with this story. It reminds me of Divergent mixed with The Giver and maybe a little bit of 1984. But it's so perfectly done and how did you even get the idea for this? You got me hooked hun!

It's actually a really good movie, it's fucking hilarious (if you like like really dumb humour but it's really funny after you turn off your brain haha)!
It's cool you take time to give us details about this world, I really enjoy your descriptions about buildings and how society is in here. And also the evolution of Vic now that he doesn't take cures anymore
