Originally, he was called Owen because I started this story before anyone knew what his name was. Apparently, when I switched it over after his name was announced (though apparently another magazine elsewhere called him Owen), I missed one lol.

Love this so far! There's one thing tho. The boy's name is River, but in one sentence you called him Owen. [River pouted and Matt gave him a look, which instantly turned the little boy’s pout into a smile. Owen turned his attention back to his teacher.]
Just thought you'd want to know to change it- I would want to know as a writer. Anyway, looking forward to delving into another Rhiannon/Matt love affair! Happy New Year

Divorces take a minimum of six months to be final in California, AFTER all the terms have been agreed to. The terms of the divorce have to be agreed upon before the finalization period goes into effect. And up until the spring, Valary was still fighting the terms. So now in July, which is a maximum of three months from when she stopped fighting while setting the terms, the divorce can't be final yet.
