Honestly, I don't know. I never put a time frame on this, but he will always be remembered as the 10th Doctor even after the show. So I dont know if I am ever going to go in depth with his work really.
@ BlueDreams There's always that fear that she will since his daughter won't have a consistent woman figure in her life except for teddy. Yeah she has and I might name them when the time comes or not.
@ teenagedream91 She won't replace his wife and I think that, deep down, he knows that. Of course and well, she sounds like someone who might have been a nanny for families who had a name, if you know what I mean.
@ BlueDreams You're right. It's still fresh losing his wife and he doesn't want to deal with a woman or a nanny to come and replace his wife. Clive is trying to be the relief for David and being his cheery welcoming self. Teddy deserves a chance if she does meet the requirements, I guess David is just iffy since she had a lot of babysitting jobs and not staying with any particular family long. She's basically a mother and having that quality about her is what attracts her to these high end jobs and along the way got certified for certain things because David isn't the only one that had specific needs lol
I understand David's attitude, in all honesty. He's just trying to cope and do the best he can. On the other hand, Clive is being a funny but good friend haha I loved Teddy right from the start. She seemed bubbly and I hope that David's temper improves so he can see it. But yes, if she does meet all the crazy requirements, at least she deserves a shot :)
@ BlueDreams He does and it took me forever to figure out what I should do XD I didn't want this story is be repetitive of any of my stories. I was so bummed for a bit that I couldn't think of something.
@ BlueDreams It's a sad beginning to have lost your wife and now raise a child on your own something that you aren't prepared for. The way teddy comes in is what I am looking forward to. I have a few ways and finding out which one is best.

This is such a heartbreaking start. I felt so sad for David but somehow I think that Miranda was right. He'll be a great father to Vienna once he can settle down from the grief and fear.
