Ok. Normally i stay away from stories involving The Golden Boy cause, well, I'm a Flyers fan. Lol. But for whatever reason , I started reading and I got hooked. And right now I'm balling because of the ending. Damn you for making me feel bad for him. Lol. Excuse me while i start the sequel....

Fuck. Okay so I read this whole thing in a matter of a few days and I'm just all over the board right now. First, amazing. I've been waiting around to find a story where both sides are famous. It seems almost more real to me? Like, finally the girl doesn't give up her life!

Second. Having found the sequel first, I knew how this story was going to end but that doesn't mean it hurt less. In fact, I almost cried when Sidney called Brooklyn's dad and cancelled lunch. Like. Of all things. Not the letter to sidney, but the damn call to her dad.

Third. Straight up don't like Brianna. But that's not my business.

Can't wait to start on the sequel! Such a good story!

WELL FRICK. Not the ending I expected but I fucking loved this story and it has to be my number 1 favorite on mibba. Hopefully we'll get some sort of sequel where they have a happy ending. Amazing job on the story! Keep it up dear, I can't wait to see what you do in the future!

Wow I really wasn't expecting that ending, but I respect you for going with the more realistic option that fit the character's personalities rather than a fairytale ending that would've seemed insincere. Even though it was sad, I really liked the chapter and absolutely loved this story! You are a really great writer and this is one of the best stories I've read on here. You know it's a great one when the ending isn't what you wanted but you still loved it! I hope there's a sequel but if not, I'll be looking out for anything else you write. Thanks! :)

I think you are very brave. It is much easier to write "the popular" ending, especially when a writer is as talented as you are. But you went out on a limb, took a big risk and made different choices with your story. Your conclusion reflected your belief in your characters, and where you felt they would go. I applaud your conviction.

And while it is always nice to read the "happily ever after", life isn't always tied up nice and neatly.

I will be interested to see what you write next.

Wow.....kinda really angry. I get that it's realistic but honestly we read these stories to get a break from reality and find a happy ending. This was my absolute favorite story and now I'm just extremely disappointed. Reallllyyyy hoping for a sequel.
