I am so glad you liked it! Also thank you for the compliments! And maybe I will make this a prologue for a longer story later on. But again thank you!

I really liked this oneshot. It was a short and quite cute piece, made so by Karis and her child naivety. She's a very likeable character, despite how short the piece is. Her curiosity is one that can be attributed to her being a child, and for once it came to a good result as she's magical! I wasn't expecting that result, I must be honest. I thought that maybe the Magician might have laughed at her attempt to summon magic and then left her, but no I was surprised to see that she has magic and is going to become more magical than the Magician himself!

Your writing style really compliments the piece and I really enjoyed reading this. I do wish there was more to read about Karis and the Magician, but alas I shall be content with just this oneshot.
