Oh My God! You’re really such a spectacular writer. You have a way with words, my friend. I loved the simple yet sweet idea behind the drabble. And the last line was made me sad. This is so so true. Life isn’t a movie, where you know all along that everything would eventually be alright. Sometimes I think life is nothing but unfair. About everything.
LOL Sorry about the rant, but I really like your writing style. So short, and yet so powerful and meaningful. I wish I’d be able to produce something like that one day. Anyway, adored this one.

I agree with the person below. I can feel the longing in between the words and it's exactly what I thought sometimes when I looked/thought about my crush. If we were a movie... but in that movie, I would never be the main character, always the best friend.

This is so short and sweet. I love how sad and... longing the piece sounds. I was expecting it to be cute and light -- as by the title -- but I was happily mistakened.
But this isn’t a movie, there's no happenstance occurring for us and we don’t have a say in how everything happens.
