I LOVED LOVED LOVED this chapter. As I may sound like a cretin here, but I really LOVED it. The whole songs thing, great music taste, and then Malcolm :lmfao And The fact they're all happy. Then came Gee's light-bulb hair and The Black Parade and then made this face Because you pwn. XD

And I've been meaning to tell you how much I love that Massive Attack's album!

Heh heh...originally I found the song from Gerard's celebrity playlist on iTunes. He said, "This song has sung me to sleep more times than I can count. Beautifully bleak and optimistic." I'd been contemplating writing something with the title Mezzanine for a while, and yes, I got it from the album title...I just love the word. I don't even remember how I thought of the actual idea for this story...I guess I just liked the idea of an evil Gerard. That's kind of what my Pirates fic is like, too. *shrugs*
