The next few days came and went and frank wasn’t ignoring me as much but he still wasn’t telling me something and I still don’t know why I’m believing him. I love him I do but this is just way to much on me. so I decided to leave town for a while and I needed someone to go with me. I didn’t want anyone that was friends with everyone here so I called Kasey. I know I left it on bad terms with her but she was still better than being here.
“hello” Kasey said
“hey Kasey its me Nat” I said
“oh hi Nat” she said kinda snippy
“um Kasey I know you probably don’t like me that much right now but I was wondering if you would like to get out of town with me tomorrow” I said
“why do you want to leave” she asked
“I just cant take the stress of being around everyone right now” I said
“why do you want me to go with you” she asked
“I really don’t know why I just thought you would want to get out of town to” I said
“um well hold on a sec let me ask Bert and see if its ok” she said
“wait you and Bert… are dating” I asked
“yea” she said
“omg congrats” I said happily
“thanks now hold on” she said and then she set the phone down. And I was just standing in the kitchen and frank came up behind me
“hey babe who ya talking to” he asked
“Kasey” I said
“why” he asked
“cause I wanted to” I said
“ok well tell her I say hi” he said
“I will when she comes back on” I said and then Kasey said
“ok Bert said I could go” she said
“yay oh and frank says hi” I said
“tell him I say hi too”
“she says hi to frank” I said and he just nodded and walked out of the room
“ok so where are we gonna go” she asked
“I don’t know do you want to go to New York or even a small state.” I said
“lets go to South Carolina” she said
“ok do you want to leave early in the morning or in the afternoon” I asked
“lets leave early” she said
“ok ill pick you up at 10am ok” I said
“ok sounds good ill see ya tomorrow” she said
“ok bye” I said and we hung up and then Jenni walked in the room.
“so I heard you were talking to Kasey” Jenni said
“yea so what” I said and looked around looking for frank and I saw him in the living room through the little window in the kitchen. He was looking at me and I looked at him and flicked him off. he had a shocked look on his face.
“why were you talking to her” Jenni snapped
“cause I can” I said
“what are you and her planning something so she can do something at the wedding” she snapped at me again
“no why would she want to ruin that when she has her own relationship to worry about” I said
“who she with now” she asked
“someone” I said
“oh real nice she breaks gees heart and calls me a bitch and you still are friends with her” Jenni yelled again
“JENNI SHUT THE FUCK UP… SHE DOESN’T CARE FOR YOU AND GEE SHE IS IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE IT ISNT A BIG FUCKING DEAL” I yelled and then walked out of the room and walked to frank,
“FRANK YOU ASS I HATE YOU MORE THAN EVER WHY WOULD YOU TELL JENNI I WAS TALKING TO KASEY…. I CANT FUCKING TRUST YOU ANYMORE…. I HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE A FUN WEEK …AND I MEAN ALL OF YOU GUYS”I yelled at frank and everyone that came downstairs. I ran upstairs crying. I packed everything and called Kasey again.
“hey Kasey can I stay at your place tonight” I asked
“yea are you ok” she asked
“no I cant be here right now” I said
“ok well come on over now… oh and how long are we going on a trip” she asked
“I’m going for 2 weeks you don’t have to if you don’t want to” I said
“no I will ok come on over and just walk in ill leave the door unlocked for you” she said
“ok thanks bye” I said
“your welcome” she said and we hung up. I ran out of my room with a bag and everyone was just looking at me. my face was red from crying and I just walked past everyone but stopped by the door and looked for my keys. I dropped my bag and went into the kitchen and looked and didn’t find any keys then I ran into the living room looked around and didn’t see them and ran to my room. I saw that my keys were on my dresser. I grabbed them and walked back downstairs and that’s when ray grabbed me.
“LET GO OF ME” I screamed
“where are you going” he asked
“AWAY FROM FRANK HE OBVIOUSLY IS AN ASS WHO DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ME” I said shooting an evil glare at him
“what did I do” he said
“WHAT DID YOU DO ITS WHAT DIDN’T YOU DO” I yelled
“what didn’t I do” he asked
“YOU SHOULD KNOW THERES SOMETHING YOUR NOT TELLING ME AND I’M SICK OF IT.” I yelled “and I cant trust you. Yea so what I fucking talked to Kasey I can talk to who ever I damn well please when I want” I said and ray still didn’t let go of me so I kneed him in his private part and he fell to the ground. I just walked out got in my car and drove to Kasey’s. I know I should have told them that I was leaving town but they don’t need to know anymore. I don’t want to know any of them anymore. Plus if I want to go back they are all gonna hate me anyways so what’s the point. I got to Kasey’s in 3 minutes and walked in and there was her and Bert on the couch watching TV.
“Nat what’s wrong” Kasey asked getting up and hugging me
“they are all gonna hate me when we come back” I said crying I just screwed up big time and I cant take it back.
“Nat if you want you can live with us” Bert said
“no I cant do that” I said
“yes you can we are friends even though you punched me but I got over it” Kasey said
“thanks” I said hugging her tighter “ I kneed ray in the balls” I said
“omg are you serious” Kasey said
“yea he wouldn’t let go of me” I said
“well then he had it coming” Kasey said and we just laughed. We all sat down and watched TV until there was a knock at the door.
