Meeting Mark
That night I spent it at the hotel. I was bummed about Frank but I had to get over him. Me and Jenni and Johnny decided that we would go “home” back to Florida today. I was going to follow them. We stopped by Frank’s because that’s were everyone was. I knocked instead of just walking in. Frank answered the door. He just stood there and I finally pushed past him and went into the living room.
“Guys I’m leaving I just wanted to say goodbye” I said
“I cant believe your leaving. Why don’t you just live with us” Bekah said
“I cant do that I’ve gotta get out”
“Fine but well come visit you” Kayla said
“You better” I said and hugged them all but Frank and left. I was gonna move on if it was the last thing I was gonna do.

We got to Florida and I went straight to “my” room. I laid on the bed and fell asleep. I woke up a few hours later.
“Damn this isn’t a dream” I said and got up and went and got some food. I didn’t go out for at least a week. Then finally I got out and got a job at a radio station. I had my own time on the radio. I played music and talked to everyone that was listening.
The station was 103.2 the crazy world. It was an odd name for a station but I liked it and I never thought anyone would listen but I was wrong. When I started I first started playing music and I would talk about new music that was coming out. A few weeks went by and I was doing great so the producers of the station decided that I could talk to bands. They didn’t know which one they were gonna set me off with. I was really happy. The day that I was gonna meet the band I got all dressed up. I got make up on and did my hair and wore my cute preppy clothes that I had bought recently. I was trying to change my look and get rid of my past. When I got to work I found out that it was a new band called Hinder. They were all really attractive. We introduced each other and went into the studio. I started my station.
“Ok listeners we have here in the studio a new band called Hinder. They have just started with this new record and I will play a song for you that is by them. First off we will have them introduce themselves to all of you. Guys go ahead” I said and turned on there mics.
“Hey guys and gals I’m Austin and I’m the lead singer” Austin said
“Hey I’m Joe and I’m the guitarist and vocals” Joe said
“I’m Mark and I’m guitar and piano and also vocals” Mark said
“I’m Mike and I play the bass and do vocals” Mike said
“And I’m Cody and I just play the drums sorry I cant sing” Cody said and we all laughed
“He can sing he just doesn’t want to” Mark said
“Oh Cody can you sing for us” I asked
“I will on a break cause I don’t think the listeners need to hear my sucky voice” Cody said
“Ok listeners if you want to hear Cody sing call us up and tell us. The number is (717)635-1032” I said and then the lines started ringing.
“Well Cody I think people want to hear you sing” I said smiling at him
“I do to” he said
“Hey what about us” Mark said
“Oh don’t worry you’ll get your chance for something” I said and winked at him. He looked at me and smiled. Wow that was a cute smile. He so cute.
“Sarah you want to talk to caller one on the line” Jeff asked
“Yea put them through” I said
“Hello caller” I said
“Omg Sarah its me Jenni”
“Jenni thanks for calling the station what can I do for you” I asked
“Can I talk to some of the guys in the studio” she asked
“They can hear you so go ahead” I said
“Omg I want to hear one of your songs I love listening to new bands so were are you guys from exactly” she asked
“ Florida actually” Austin said
“Really” I said
“Yep we all live here in Orlando” Mike said
“Oh that’s cool that’s were me and Jenni live” I said
“Cool we should all hang out” Joe said
“Yea we should” I said smiling
“Sarah are you flirting with the guys” Jenni said
“No I don’t flirt I strut my stuff… thank you Jenni for calling well talk to ya later.” I said and hung up.
“Ok we are going to play Hinders new song Lips Of An Angel hope ya’ll like it” I said and pressed play

“Sorry about my friend she’s really happy that I got a job at a radio station” I said
“Oh no its cool I mean this is our first time on the radio we always did local gigs but we want to get big now” Austin said
“That’s cool I wish I knew about you guys earlier cause I would have come to the shows” I said walking over to get a bottled water.
“So do any of you guys have girlfriends” I asked
“Sarah you can’t ask that not until we get back on the air” Jeff said
“Ok sorry how long” I asked
“10 seconds” Jeff said and I went and sat down.
“Ok that was Hinder Lips Of An Angel and they are in the studio here talking to us. Now I know there are probably lots of women wondering if you guys have girlfriends so do you” I asked
“Only one of us have a girlfriend and that’s Cody” Mark said
“Cody so who’s the lucky lady” I asked
“My best friend Jessica we’ve been together for almost 7 months” Cody said
“Aww that’s so cute.” I said
“How bout you Sarah do you have a boyfriend” Mark asked me
“No I had one but we broke up” I said trying to fight back the tears. I hadn’t thought of Frank since the week after I left. I was getting better and I didn’t even think about him as much as I thought I was gonna do.
“Sarah are you ok” Mike said
“Yea Mike I’m fine alright well that’s all the time we have for this talk with Hinder. Here is I’m giving you everything by the spice girls.” I said and played it and walked out of the room and went to the bathroom. I washed my face and went back to the studio.
“Sarah are you sure your ok” Mark asked
“Yea I’m fine I just hadn’t thought of my ex for almost a month” I said looking down
“Sarah did he hurt you” he asked
“Yea some what but he’s old news. I don’t love him anymore” I said and I let a tear drop. And mark wiped it away.
“Don’t cry over him Sarah if he loved you back he wouldn’t have hurt you” Mark said and he kissed my forehead.
“So anyways the guys want to know if you want to hang out tonight”
“Yea that be great I just have to wrap up this show and we can go” I said
“Cool well wait in the studio for you”
“K” I said and walked back in and the song ended and another song played father of mine by Everclear. I sat there and listened to it. The song ended and I talked a bit and then the next person came in. They took my spot and me and Hinder left the building. We went to Jennies house and we hung out there for a while and then finally we decided that we were going to go out and have fun.
