Ariel grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut, in an original mansion with all the prospectives of a perfect life. Her parents own multi-million dollar business and are never home, leaving her to her brother Troy and dog Lily. Ariel has had bipolar disorder since she was a kid, and it's forced her to grow up quickly and realize her weaknesses. With her boyfriend Nick and her group of friends, she's on top of her school. However, when her ex-boyfriend starts coming back into the picture, her perfect framed life begins to unfold again. Gorgeous, yet desperate for reasons to live, she comes to realize her desire for perfection is fatally high.
