Ch:13

I looked at him and at his large clawed hands they were the size of my body and he craddled me like a baby.

"You changed." I said to him.

His large wings flapped us down to the ground and he stood on all fours and looked at me.

"Whoa." he said looking back at his wings.

I took a step back and fell onto the ground. He turned his head back at me. He was a large, scaly dragon with shiny silver scales, and large wings that were folded on his back. I didn't have time to gaze because his dad needed help.

"Solomon you got to help your dad." I said to him.

"Right, you wait for me okay?" he asked.

I nodded as he leaped into the air. His flight a little awkward but I guess since he was getting used to wings it would be a little weird. Now, I had to take care of a little thing. Finding my sword. I was in a castle filled with dragons and no weapons. Where would I look first? I stopped and then remembered something my mom told me a long time ago.

If I ever lost my sword, or cell phone for that matter, I could summon it. Whatever that meant. I thought about how Solomon told me to summon the Gryphon a few days back. I dropped onto my knees and then slammed my hands onto the ground. The ground trembled or maybe it was the thunder outside.

"Sword come here." I said not knowing what to say.

Just then my sword appeared out of nowhere and landed in the ground. I pulled it out.

"Boy did I miss you." I said and then heard the shrill of a pained dragon.

"I'm coming Solomon!" I yelled and ran up the stairs.

I reached the top and had to duck when a silver dragon slammed into the wall blood covered it's stomach and snout. I ran to it.

"Solomon you okay?" I asked him.

He changed back into a human panting. His face and stomach stained with blood. I heard a loud roar behind me and then I turned around and pointed my sword at the dragon.

"You hurt Solomon!" I yelled at it.

The dragon changed back into Gabriel and he walked up to me.

"I see you got your sword back. No matter it's useless." he said.

"I can slice your neck in one quick movement." I said blocking him from Solomon. I couldn't check to see if he had a pulse.

"Drop the sword." he said to me.

"Yeah right as if I would..." I threw the sword on the ground and looked at my hands and back at him.

"Come to me." Gabriel said.

I moved like a zombie towards him.

"What the hell!" I said as he put his arms around me.

Solomon opened his eyes and looked at the blood on his stomach. Then he saw me in Gabriel's arms.

"Gabriel let go of her!" he yelled trying to get up.

"She's going to become my bride!" Gabriel said.

"You leave her alone! Or I'll kill you!" Solomon said.

"I like your new attitude seems like your inner reptile is finally being heard." Gabriel said smiling.

"Let go of me, I will never marry you." I said.

"You know what that's night a bad idea. How about we skip to the honey moon. I don't even like weddings." Gabriel said smiling at me. I tried to pull away from him but it was hard.

"Don't you dare." Solomon said.

"What are you going to do you can barely stand up. Guards!" Gabriel yelled.

Just then four guards showed up around Solomon.

"Let go of me!" Solomon yelled. Gabriel walked me away with him. I turned back around.

"Solomon help me!" I screamed for him.

He was fighting through the guards but between his wounds and being weak after turning back into a human there was no way he would be able to save me.

Gabriel kissed the top of my head as he led me down the stairs.

"I have big plans for you." he said.

"No!" I cried.
