Wakko Werewolves 4: Resurrection

I took another shower, and got my pajamas and bed comforters washing in the washing machine. Beth was cooking breakfast and Amy was sleeping off her hangover. The machine stopped and it beeped twice. Amy walked by the laundry room.

"God I have this weird ringing sound in my ear." she said.

"It's the washing machine I said putting my sheets in the dryer.

"Heard you got the curse bummer huh?" she asked.

"Yeah." I said setting the dryer's settings.

"So what are you going to do about your date nights with Kyle?" she asked and snorted.

I slammed the dryer door hard.

Amy held her head.

"Ow what was that for?" she asked.

"No reason." I said and walked out of the laundry room and into the kitchen.

"I made pancakes and sausages." Beth said placing our plates on the table.

"Thanks Beth." I said to her sitting down.

"I don't want food can I just get coffee?" Amy asked standing by the fridge.

"Sure. Here." Beth said and handed Amy the cup.

"Don't wake me up till two p.m." Amy said and went back to her room sipping on her coffee.

Kyle walked past Amy.

"Morning." he said.

"She's in there." Amy said and went to her room.

Kyle rubbed his eyes and looked at breakfast and then me.

"Beth are you going to eat breakfast?" I asked her.

"I already ate, I'm going to get some homework done." she said and walked out of the kitchen and into her room. All three doors were closed and Kyle and I were the only ones with each other during breakfast. He took the seat across from me.

"Morning." he said to me.

"Morning." I said biting into my sausage.

"So were having pancakes for breakfast?" he asked me.

"Yeah, want some syrup?" I asked him.

"Yeah, I can get it." he said getting up.

"No I can." I said to him and got up and got it. I saw from the window that he was staring at me his eyes turned red. I grabbed the syrup and he blinked and I handed it to him.

"Thanks." he said.

"Welcome." I said and sat back down.

He added syrup to his pancakes.

"So uh did you sleep okay?" he asked me.

"Yeah, you?" I asked him.

He cut into his pancakes with his butter knife.

"Yeah." he said.

I jammed my fork into my pancakes when there was an unexpected knock at the door.

"I should get that." I said.

"No I can get it." he said and got up and ran to the door and pulled it open. Th

"It's you." he said and closed the door back.

I heard someone knock louder.

"Who was that?" I asked him.

"No one important." he said.

I sighed and got up and walked to the door. Kyle stood behind me arms crossed. It was Ryker,

"Ryker what are you doing here?" I asked him.

"Wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner with me..." he stopped closed his eyes and inhaled his eyes flew back open glowing red.

He smiled at me and leaned on the door cooly.

"It's still morning time." I said to him feeling a little freaked out.

"She's eating dinner at home." Kyle said.

I looked back at him. He stood behind me. Ryker smiled.

"I see you're being protected by your boyfriend my mistake." Ryker said.

"H-he's not my boyfriend." I said looking at Kyle who's eyes were glowing red.

"So do you want to eat lunch together tomorrow?" Ryker asked.

"She eats with me." Kyle said.

"How about you join our table with lunch?" I asked Ryker.

"Yeah, that sounds great." he said smiling.

Kyle gritted his teeth.

"See you tomorrow, bye." I said to him.

"Bye." he said smiling and then glared at Kyle.

I closed the door.

"What's your deal?" I asked him.

"I don't like how he looks at you." Kyle said his eyes glowing red.

"It's not his fault." I said sighing.

"Are you going to eat breakfast?" Kyle asked.

"No, I'm done." I said.

"I'll clean your plate then." he said.

"Thanks." I said and kissed his cheek and back to my room.

I opened the door. He stared at me and smiled. I smiled back and closed my door behind me and sighed. It was going to be a long week.

School early Monday morning everyone was talking about how crazy the party was and of course everyone was talking about the rabid dog and how Kyle freaked it out.

I sat at the table during lunch. Amy and Beth sat on either side of me. I hugged my stomach and rested my head on the table.

"You okay?" Beth asked me.

"A little on the edge." I said.

I heard two people sitting in front of me.

"Hi." Kyle and Ryker said.

I looked up and saw them.

"Hey guys." Amy said.

"How are you feeling today?" Ryker asked.

"Fine." I said.

"Sorry about Ryker he followed me to the table." Kyle said and glared at him.

Ryker glared back at him and they looked back at me.

I fixed my sunglasses.

"So, did your Chem test go?" I asked.

"Great." Ryker and Kyle said.

"She was talking to me." Kyle said.

"No she looked at me when she said it." Ryker said through gritted teeth.

They got up and growled at each other.

"Want to go?" Ryker asked.

"I've been a wolf longer than you. I'll rip your freaking tail off!" Kyle growled.

"Hey guys, sit down!" Amy yelled.

"Seriously ever since Cassie went into heat you guys have been going crazy." Beth said.

I stepped on her foot. Kyle sat down. Ryker looked at me.

"What's heat?" he asked.

"It's just that time of the month." I said glaring at Beth.

"What does that have to do with us?" Ryker asked.

Kyle sat a seat away from him.

"You're attracted to her scent." Amy said.

"God you make it sound like a kinky thing." I said covering my head with my hoodie.

"It's just nature, an odd form of nature." Beth said.

"Oh." Ryker said.

I got up.

"I got to get to class." I said grabbing my backpack.

"I'll walk you!" Ryker and Kyle said.

I held out my hands.

"Please no. I can walk there myself." I said and walked away.

They looked at each other and growled and then back at me drooling.
