Match Maker, Heart Breaker

one.

Passing through the barrier and onto the platform, my stomach was a mixture of emotions. Especially knowing this would be the last time I would be doing this. This year was officially my last year at Hogwarts. The thought of, after so many years and memories, having to leave this place was both and exciting and scary prospect. I knew that I had to make the most of my last year at Hogwarts and make the most of the time I had left.

The platform was already packed with parents and children making their way to the train. I couldn't help but smile. My bag in tow, I made my way towards the same place I had met The Weasley family for the last 6 years. The family of redheads stood off to the side of the platform, trying to get organised at the last minute.

"Nice of you to finally join us." Fred's sarcastic tone filled my ears as I walked up to them. "Over sleep did we?"

"It takes time to look this great, Freddie boy." I retorted, smirking at him. "Something you clearly skipped over this morning.

Fred simply laughed, engulfing me in one of his huge bear hugs. "Hi Audrey."

"Hi best friend." I smiled, kissing him on the cheek. I turned to face George, who was grinning over at me. I opened my arms, motioning from him to come over. "Get your ass over here, Weasley!"

George ran up to me, picking me up and spinning me in a circle. “George, put her down.” Mrs. Weasley sighed, looking over at us. She smiled over at me. "Nice to see you Audrey, dear."

"Hi Mr and Mrs. Weasley." I waved over to them. "Keep the trouble makers in line over Christmas?"

"If only it were that easy." Mr Weasley grinned over at me, causing me to laugh.

Turning back to the boys, they were making gagging noises and pulling faces as they watched a couple on the platform making out. "Mature boys, really. At least they are getting some, I don't see either of you getting anything."

"How do you know we didn't meet any super attractive models over the christmas break?" Fred defended. "Besides, I don't see you getting any either!"

"You guys and models?" I smirked. "Besides, Matt and I had our visits. I got plenty these holidays thank you!"

Both of the boys mouths dropped to the floor. "Did you really have to mention that?" George groaned. "I could have lived another 80 years happily without those metal images."

I couldn't help but laugh at them both. As it started to get close to 11am, we said our goodbyes to the Weasley's and we all headed for the train. My best friend Eloise had informed us that she would meet us in a carriage and for us to come find her when the train started moving. After about 15 minutes of everyone getting settled into the cabins, we managed to find El towards the back of the train.

"Best friend!" She yelled, jumping up and running over towards me. "I missed you!"

"I missed you too!" I yelled, pulling her into a hug. "Hi!"

"Just going to leave your boyfriend standing here are we?" George smirked from behind me. El let go of me, racing up to George and embracing him.

El turned back to face me. "Speaking of boyfriends, yours is in cabin 46 and has requested your presence."

"I'll love you and leave you guys then!" I smiled, waving my goodbyes and letting them know I would be back towards the end of the trains journey. I made my way down the hall, looking out for number 46. It didn't take me too long to spot Matt sitting by himself.

Matt Malfoy and I had been together for 3 years now. And yes, I said Malfoy. Older brother of Draco Malfoy, the pretentious twat. Matt had his moments where he was a typical Malfoy with his antics, but he never really showed them around me. We had been paired together in potions in our 3rd year, much to our dismay at the time with the typical Gryfindor/Slytherin rivalry but much to our surprise we got along well. So it went from there.

Opening the cabin door, I slid my way in and sat next to Matt. "Hi boyfriend." I smiled up at him, as he pulled me in for a kiss.

"You have no idea how much I missed that." He grinned.

"Oh, I think I do." I bit my lip. "Because I kind of missed it too."

"Only saw me a week ago and still can't get enough, hey?" Matt cocked his eyebrows. jokingly.

I slapped his arm lightly. "You're such an ass!"

"And you have a great one." He smirked. "Perfect fit!"

I groaned, half smiling at him. "You're lucky you're attractive, Malfoy."

We spent time catching up on the holidays and other couple things. About halfway through the trip we got changed into our uniforms and I decided we should head back to our friends.

"Are you really going to go back to those redheaded dipsticks over seeing me?" Matt groaned, looking annoyed.

I shot him a look. "Matt, don't. You saw me most of the holidays. You should see your friends and I need to spend time with mine too."

He groaned again, admitting defeat and we both headed back to our groups. The rest of the trip flew by and soon enough we were pulling into Hogwarts for the last time. Climbing out of the carriage, Fred, George, El and I all wrapped our arms around each other and headed towards the carriages together for the last time.
