Rachel returns back to Baltimore, and everything is going fine with her life. Her and Alex have moved into a roomy detached bungalow and she got a promotion in her job, making her the chief editor of the magazine company she previously worked for. They're rolling in the money at the moment, and Alex doesn't complain about her spending habits anymore.
