17-year-old high school outcast Jared Hayes is excited to see a new circus come to town. It's called Cirque Dementia, and it's said to be so creepy and messed up, nobody under the age of 12 is allowed in. Of those brave 12-year-olds that do show up, most leave after just 30 minutes, often pale-faced and trembling. Sounds like Jared's kind of place. He just has to go!
