Love At First Sight

Love At First Sight[Chapt. 10]

“Oh god Gerard what are we going to do?” I panicked, wishing I was at home, wishing I have never met the man named Gerard standing next to me. He stood by the bed, blood dripping, his stare fixed on a dead body. “Come on Gerard! If you want to see a dead body I’ll take you to a morgue!” He looked at me and smiled.

“Who are you? I remember seeing you somewhere….but where?” He looked at me again, I moaned in desperation. “Where are we?” He asked again, looking scared.

“Oh I don’t know! God! Why don’t you remember me?” I screamed my panic growing. “Wait!” I said an idea popping into my head. “Come here Gerard.” I cooed, smiling. He came towards me, I gripped his face, pulling him into a kiss. “Oh Gerard do you remember now?” I asked pulling away, the gas filling more of the room.

“Wait, Ariel?” He said looking into my eyes, there were tears. “Where are we?” He looked around in horror.

“I’m not sure,” I said looking at him and crying. “But we have to get out Gerard, we have to.” I whispered he looked at me grimly.

“How?” He asked looking around the room my hopes faded. “Oh.” He said while striding across the room. “What’s this?” he was holding onto a lever, a puzzled expression on his face.

“Um…I’m not sure.” I said studying the lever. “Pull it.” I said while smiling this had to be a way out.

“OK.” He said smiling, he pulled, the lights flashed, the gas disappeared, and a trap door opened up, right below our feet.
