Green Porcupine

I wake up the next morning wrapped in Tre's arms.
"G'morning," I say not realizing he's still asleep. I unwrap myself from his grasp and walk into the bathroom and turn on the shower and I step in.
"You left me." Tre complains as I see his silhouette standing in front of the toilette, obviously peeing.
"I wanted to smell nice for you." I say, trying to repress my laughs.
"How thoughtful." Tre says as he steps into the shower as well.
"Hey!" I say laughing.
"What? I want to smell nice for you too and I'm morally opposed to wasting water." Tre pouts.
"Yeah, hence your threat at the barbecue to squirt us ladies with water guns." I say in mockery. Tre opens his mouth to say something but closes it again. I lean in and kiss him gently. He grabs my waste and pulls me toward him.
"The shower isn't a safe place." I say as I turn off the water and step out of the shower and begin to dry off.

We walk into the living room to find Ramona watching cartoons.
"Do you want breakfast?" I ask her as I go to make myself a cup of coffee.
"Yeah."
"What do you want?" Tre asks as he too reaches for a coffee mug.
"McDonalds!" she exclaims.
"Nuclear goo!" I yell out randomly, which makes Tre snort.
"You snorted when you laughed Dad!" she says pointing at him accusingly. "So are we going to McDonalds?"
"Yeah I guess." Tre says shrugging, "Are you coming?"
"Sure, it's been a while since I've eaten nuclear goo." I say making Ramona laugh.

Tre's time in New York was all too short; before I knew it he left to go back on tour.

Bride2b says: yes November 26 and you better be free because you and Adie are my maids of honor. Just to let you know right now it's August so the wedding is in about 3 months
Dancing Freak says: ahh I'm touched you chose me and I am quite aware what month it is.
Bride2b says: you should be . . . .so are you coming over here to help me plan?
Dancing Freak says: I have to work you know
Bride2b says: so?
Dancing Freak says: selfish little twit
Bride2b says: nope, I am called bridezilla!
Dancing Freak says: you're too spontaneous to be a bridezilla
Bride2b says: true
Bride2b says: gtg
Bride2b has just signed out

I_miss_pixie says: hey, I miss you
Dancing Freak says: I can tell . . . .i miss you too
I_miss_pixie says: whatcha doin
Dancing Freak says: parading around my apartment naked and you?
I_miss_pixie says: Really? Naked? I think I'll do the same!
Dancing Freak says: no not really, I'm actually listening to Dominated Love Slave so I can hear the sound of you voice. And for the love of the tour crew KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ON!
I_miss_pixie says: fine the clothes stay on! . . . .. for now
Dancing Freak says: When's your next break from touring.
I_miss_pixie says: dunno, next month sometime.
Dancing Freak says: too far away

I walk over to my CD player and put Dominated Love Slave just a bit louder, and lie down on the couch where I end up falling asleep.
