Smashed Into Pieces

I look at him, but he doesn't look like himself. His eyes are red and a evil smirk is plastered on his face. I wimps backing away from him.

“A-Alex?” I try out. He opens his mouth and talk. But it's nothing I can understand. Just growls like when you listen to screamo music. He walk closer into me, I keep backing away but then unfortunately hit a wall. I gulps looking at him as his evil laugh of victory fills the air. He walks closer into me, then grab my arm. It burns were his hand touch, I scream out in pain.

I gasp sitting up looking around me, there's nothing, sighing I bow my head putting a hand to it. Just a dream. I hear a silent knock on my door and look up.

“come in?” the door opens and Alex pop his head in. I gulps pulling slightly up in my blanket.

“are you okay? I heard you screaming?” I gulps then sigh.

“yeah it was just a nightmare..” he nods then is about to go out. I think fast.

“wait Alex.” he stops looking at me, I study his face to see no sign of sleep. He must have been awake.

“can't sleep?” I ask him. He sigh then walk in closing the door silently and sit down on my bed.

“not really, I'm... I'm thinking about someone lately..” he tells me looking down. I smirks, it's gotta be a girl.

“it's a girl right?” I ask her. He turns bright red then nods slightly.

“yeah, and she's just so.. I can't explain her, beautiful isn't enough” I feel my heart drop to the floor. He's in love.. with somebody else, just as I thought I had a chance.. or something at least.

“well if she is so perfect then go for her” I tell him. He sigh playing with his hands.

“it's kinda a complicated situation..” he mumbles. I laughs slightly.

“Alex, love is not complicated, love is special, and you need to be strong to help it find its way” I tell him. He looks at me gulping.

“really?” I nods. He smiles and thanks me. We keep talking about random stuff like how UK is, and how he thinks DK is. It gets longer out on the night and I feel more sleepy then falls into the land of dreams. The last thing I feel is somebody laying down beside me putting their hands around me. I have to say, it made me feel save, and the nightmare didn't came back.
