“So Taylor did you like the show?” Joe asked as soon as he was off stage. The girls and I were waiting at backstage…stupid family, stupid…

“Well…I hate to admit it but it wasn’t that bad. Some of the lyrics are pretty catchy. Whoever writes for you guys is a genius.” I spoke.

“That would be me.” Nick said.

“Oh, well you have a way with words.”

“Aunt V, is daddy going to be home when we get there?” Adelaide asked.

“No, sweetheart, he’s still on tour.” I replied.

“When is coming home Aunt V?” Amadora asked.

“In two days.” I replied. “Like he told you on the phone this morning.”

“Our daddy’s Keith Urban. He’s on tour right now and we weren’t allowed to go.” Adelaide said to the boys.

“But he’s coming home in two days” Amadora added. “Then Aunt V is leaving to film a movie.”

“And we can’t go with her to that either.” Adelaide said. “Mommy and daddy said it’s not something for little girls.”

“But we wouldn’t be any trouble so we think we should be allowed to go. Don’t you think so Nick?” Amadora brought Nick into the conversation.

“Well…I…what movie is it?” Nick questioned.

“Love and War.” I answered.

“Then, no I don’t think you should go. And it’s not because I think you would be trouble…” Nick trailed off.

“Amadora, Adelaide if I could take you, I would. But I can’t.” I replied. “I’ll make it up to you, promise.”

“Invite the Jonas Brothers over.” Amadora said.

“Sweetheart, they’re busy.”

“No we’re not.” Joe interjected.

“We’d love to come over. As long as Danielle can come too.” Kevin said.

I thought about it for a while…”Sure, why not.” I mean, it’s not like I will have to be around them…it’s a big house…

“Speaking of Danielle, here she is.” Kevin said as a girl walked into the room.
