I look at him shyly.

"People are staring at us..."

I blush as red as a tomato.

He drapes his arm around my shoulder.

I blush even redder than a tomato, if that's possible.
I can't take this anymore!

"Aiden, I-I'm so sorry!"

I pull away from him and run fast to the girls' restroom.

"Alice! Wait!"

I reach the lavatory and open the door wide.
I hold on the sink for balance and catch my own breath.

Oh my God.
I feel like a creepy little shit.

I mean.
Walking with Aiden like that?

I pass a hand over my face.

I don't think I'd want to see him later.

I touch my shoulder and feel a tingling sensation on my neck.
I could still feel his arm around me.

I take a deep breath then open the door.
I head slowly to the classroom.
I slide the door open and see my classmates staring at me.
I bring my head down and walk slowly to my seat.
I reach my place when I see Aiden's shoes.
A shocked expression envelops my face as I sit down.
I look at my left and see Aiden looking at me guiltily.
He whispers a silent apology to me.
I nod by means of forgiving him and listen to today's lessons from Sir Smith, our biology teacher.

"Psst, Alice!"

I look back and see Renn winking at me.
I smile happily.
She's behind me!

"That's not all, girl."

She points to the right using her pen.

I follow her direction when I see a person who is standing beside me.

"Yes, Sir Smith?"

I know that voice.

I look up to see Seth looking down at me with a mischievous smirk on his face.
