Love Makes Blind

Home.

Paul and Elia made their way back home taking the long way to savor the fresh ocean air.
“I’m going to be an aunt in less than two months.” Elia said with pride.
“So I heard. Do you think the kid will call me uncle?” Paul asked her.
Elia laughed. “Of course.” Elia linked her arm with his. “We have to be there when the baby comes.”
“You want to move back to La Push?” Paul asked in shock.
Elia was silent as she thought. “I’m only a substitute teacher so I can probably take a few months off work. I have to know if you can find a job there before I can move back permanently.”
Paul nodded. “Sounds fair.”

“Where do you want to go now?” she asked him.
“Your house is probably filled with people, right?” he said a little sadly.
“No, I don’t think so. Matteo is in visiting Ana’s family in America, Gina is at work, Angelo is with his father and Mario is out of town.” Elia smiled and knew what he was after.
“You keep a close tab on your friends.” He said with a smile.
She shrugged. “They are my family.”

“Let’s head over to the house then.” Paul said and started walking faster.
Elia laughed but kept up with him. “A little desperate?”
“No,” He said and looked down at her. “Very desperate.”
Elia was unlocked the door and went into the house. Paul rushed her upstairs and locked her bedroom door behind them; Elia had made many changes in the house after she opened it as a B&B, like locks on the doors, bathroom in each room and so on.

Paul pushed her gently down at the bed and stared at her with lust filled eyes as her chest heaved up and down with anticipation. He gently removed the shirt she was wearing and bent down to kiss her scars. Elia got goose-bumps and had to hold back a moan as Paul moved upwards to her neck. Paul wanted to just rip both their clothes off; it had been six months since he last got any, but at the same time he wanted to make the moment last longer.

Elia had never felt more loved and she gave herself completely to Paul, knowing he would never leave her again; the ring on her finger being proof. She couldn’t wait to tell Nonna about her being engaged, and Darin. She missed La Push. And as she lay in Paul’s arm, both of them feeling tired, but satisfied, she started to wonder if she should just pack up her things and go back – go home.

“Paul,” she said.
“Yes monster?” he asked and kissed her forehead.
“Take me home.” She said in a serious tone.
“And where is home?”
Home. Parghelia had been her home for as long as she could remember, but things had changed.
“Home is wherever you are.”

And that was the answer.
Elia would follow Paul to the worlds end.

I have some sad news; the story is nearing its last chapter. Today, when I wrote this chapter is the first time I have seen the end of it. I know how it will end and it upsets me. But, I have a couple of chapters left.

You know what would have made me real happy? To get a thousand comments on this story, and it's only 45 comments left.
Will I wake up tomorrow and see that there is 45 new comments?

Well, I'll update if I get twenty though.
