Secrets In The Emergency Room.
Chapter 5
We weaved through back allies and unused roads and I'm not sure how long we drove because i was so exhausted that I fell asleep within ten minutes.
I woke to be wrapped in a small blanket and Ryan's jacket under my head as a pillow. Light was pouring around me and Ryan was whispering to me,
"Avery, I got us a motel room, time to get up.."
I open my eyes and smile at him. I pull him into a hug and can't help but tell him
"Thank you! You are the most amazing person in the world,you know that, right?"
He laughs and hugs me tightly for a moment but then we pull away form each other as we get out of his old blue car. The the rusted hinges creek as i get out. I go to reach into the back seat to grab my bag of clothes but its gone.
"Where is-" I start to say worriedly but he cuts me off,
"I already brought it up for you," He says and I smile at him
"You're amazing." I tell him again and give him a quick his on the lips. He smiles, grabs my hand and pulls me towards our room. We walk across the parking lot, up a set of stairs and down a hallway then into our room. I walk into the room and see one bed, one TV and a small couch. Then Ryan says,
"I know its small but I we shouldn't be wasting too much money"
"No, it's perfect!" i replay and walk towards the couch on the other side of the room when suddenly Ryan tackles me playfully onto the bed as we used to do when we were twelve and were trying to scare each other. We laugh and I roll over to look him in the eyes. As I stare into them I can see the child and the man he is. The boy from my memories is still so clear but so is the man he's growing to be. He strokes my face with the back of his hand lightly. I wrap my arms around his waist and rest my forehead on his. He moves in slowly and kisses me on the lips gently. My lips open slightly and I kiss him back. I smile against his lips and open my eyes to see he's looking at me with his gorgeous dark brown eyes.
"What?" I ask as he just stares as if I were Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty,
"I love you, Avery." He answers and that was the moment my heart melted into his and nothing but me and him existed. I smile as a tear escapes and i reply
"I love you Ryan, i always have, i always will." I say and press my lips against his while still smiling and crying. I feel him brush his hand against my cheek and wipe away my tears. I pull him closer and run my hand through his beautiful hair at the same time as he rubs my back and pulls me just a bit more closer. I pull away only to rest my head on his shoulder hugging him close, whispering over and over again,
"I love you.. I love you.."

Okay, I know this was a short chapter and probably not very interesting but the main point was that they got away safely and said 'I Love You.' Now, I promise the next chapter will be better, but comment and subscribe!
