Don't Touch Her There

I stared up at Gerard’s tear-stained face. Tears were still rolling down his cheeks. His eye’s grew wide as he screamed.

“Jen!” He yelled, throwing his arms around me.

I smiled weakly at him. More tears started pouring out of his eyes.

“I knew you heard me Jen. I just knew it”, he sobbed, grabbing my again.

Mikey returned with a doctor and nurse. Christina was standing by Gerard, crying.

“What’s wrong chris?’’, I asked her.

“Jennifer, I think you need to get some rest for a while. Try not to talk. Don’t waste your energy. You just came out of a coma. Just rest”, The doctor told me, as I asked christina.

I frowned a little bit at the doctor. Wanting to talk. Christina just kept quietly sobbing, and Gerard still standing right by my bed.

“I know you want to talk to them, but sweetie, you have to rest.”, the doctor said.
I nodded, laying down.

Gerard grabbed my hand and smiled.
“He’s right Jen. Just take a little nap”.

I slowly closed my eyes, and driffted off to sleep.
