This is it, the elite. Modeling. It's a bitch eat bitch world- one with shoving fingers down throats to puke up what little food eaten. One where no matter what it takes, the girls(and some guys) who model for any type of agencies will try to rise to the top, even if it means loosing just enough weight, or too much weight.

Deliah Vaughn is caught up in the mess you call Modeling, but in order to persue her aspiration of modeling, she has to lose weight. Along the way, she gets tangled in the mess of drug use, endless amount of body abuse and trying to find some way out of hell.
