We stared down at the bloody, brainless, gutless, empty, extremely hurt, DEAD Shadow.
We all grinned. Except for Sue, who wasn't involved in the fight.
Hayley picked up Hiro. We went back to the Gifted Powers School.
Master Udon welcomed us.
"HELLO! YOU'RE BACK! YOU DEFEATED HIM, YES! AHH, HAYLEY! I HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT YOU. THANK YOU FOR JOINING. DID YOU DEFEAT SHADOW?"
We nodded. Master Udon realised something wasn't right.
"Something isn't right..." he began, "Where is Hiro?"
A tear-stained Hayley gave Master Udon the lifeless Hiro.
"Oh dear," Master Udon cried, "Oh no. Oh, oh, oh. This is terrible. I suppose Shadow demanded a sacrifice..."
I begged, "MASTER UDON, PLEASE!! IS THERE NOTHING YOU CAN DO?!"
Master Udon carried Hiro to the room marked: Healing Trainers Room.
"Master Rako, I have a challenge for you."
Master Rako looked up. He took one look at Hiro and immediately took him off Master Udon. His hands went green and glowing as he rubbed them over Hiro's back.
Nothing was happening.
I began to cry.
An hour and still nothing happened.
He put Hiro down.
"I am sorry," Master Rako said apologetically, "I cannot do it."
I hugged onto Hiro.
"Please, buddy, please... Wake up..." I begged, "Wake up!!"
Hiro sat there, not waking up.
I sat down, crying. "Please!"
Nothing.... I had no reason to live..

His nose twitched. My eyes lit up.
He didn't move for another few minutes.
I started to lose hope again.
"Nooo!!!!!!" I screamed.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!"
Someone punched me softly and said, "Personally, I prefer yes."
I looked down, amazed.
"HIRO!!!" I yelled, hugging him.
"Ow!" he complained.
I put him down, grinning ear to ear.
Master Rako and Master Udon grinned.
"Thank you. You all get medals of Honor and $50,000,000. Thank you so much for saving us all."
WOW 50,000,000!!! I thought.
We all grinned until it hurt.
We had saved the world.
We have powers beyond belief.
We're kind of like super heroes, I guess.
