Parallel Worlds

Dan decided that perhaps 10 minutes away from Sarah was too long and so he went downstairs and accompanied Sarah who was busy telling everyone to go to bed along with Charli. The usual havoc returned as everyone started to go to bed, leaving Becca and Christina stood in the upstairs hallway with Elliot Minor. Christina sighed
“Well everyone’s off to bed now… I don’t suppose you want to crash out here for the night?” Christina asked the older lads around her, Becca smiled sweetly at Alex once again, she knew by now that he’d do anything if she smiled sweetly at him. Alex looked at Becca before smiling back at her “I’ll only stay if the rest are staying” Christina sniggered
“Well I think someone is already definitely staying,” she said pointing at the pair of blondes consisting of Dan and Sarah. Sarah had a hold of Dan’s hand and was talking him to her room.
“GOODNIGHT SARAH!” Becca bellowed down the hallway laughing. Sarah got to her bedroom door and gently pushed Dan into the dark room before turning to Becca and waving with a huge smile on her face and accompanying Dan in the darkness. Alex turned back round and giggled
“Well it looks like we’re staying then” Becca squeaked with happiness and wrapped her arms around Alex’s waist and hugged him. Christina smiled before addressing the band and beckoning them down the corridor
“Well there are enough beds going spare,” she said as she led them down the corridor, “but this is where the majority of people sleep” she stopped at a door and gently pushed it open to reveal utter havoc.
The room was big and it was pretty much filled with one big bed. It wasn’t literally “one big bed” but a load of beds, all with their head and feet boards removed and placed together. Most of the household could be found in here settling into a spot on the huge, oversized monster of a bed. Christina cleared her throat to get the attention of the noisy room
“Guys? Elliot Minor are staying over the night, okay? Just thought you might like to know” Two girls immediately got up and made their way over to the doorway. One girl with dark hair, known as Vicky, grabbed hold of Ali’s hand and winked at him, dragging him into the big mass of quilts and pillows. The other girl, Duckie, grabbed Teddy’s hand and smiled at him “come and join us, it’ll be fun!” and with that she dragged him in too.
Becca and Christina smirked, knowing what they were all like. Ed and Alex stood completely still with bemused expressions on their faces, mesmerised by the sheer havoc that was going on in just one room, the fact that two members were already down and they could be next to be dragged in. Becca shook her head and smiled before closing the door to the room of havoc
“I don’t suppose you want to come and stay in my room Alex? It’s a lot quieter in there”
“Yeah I think I will” Alex laughed as Becca took his hand and they headed to her room
“Have fun you two!” Becca shouted behind her
“Ohhh you’re real funny Becca!” Christina said sarcastically before laughing.
Becca’s bedroom door clicked shut leaving only Ed and Christina left in the hallway. Christina sighed and looked at the floor “well that leaves us…” she looked up at him “you can come and stay in my room if you want” she continued to look at him expectantly, he paused to look into her eyes then smiled “id like that” Christina smiled back. Seconds later the door to the room of mayhem opened, Christina looked from the door to Ed
“Quick, go in my room, I don’t want them taking you as well!” she giggled and pushed Ed into a nearby darkened room. She then turned to see two figures emerging from the room, these being Duckie and Teddy, who made their way down the corridor. Duckie smiled and giggled as she passed Christina, keeping a tight hold of Teddy’s hand. Christina stood outside her own door and watched them until they disappeared into a spare room, she sighed then slipped back into her own pitch black room.
“Sorry about that” She said closing her door, diminishing them into darkness
“It’s ok” Ed said, Christina jumped, he was a lot closer to her than expected. She could feel his breath gently tickling her forehead. She stayed put, it felt good to be this close to him. She felt him edge closer and jumped a little as his lips unexpectedly met hers, he kissed her gently at first, slowly becoming more forceful and passionate. Christina heard Ed laugh softly as he grabbed her hand and lay her down on the bed, he joined her on the bed and hung over her, pressing light kisses across her neck. Christina yelped as Ed accidentally brushed his hand over her still bruised midriff
“Ow Ed, my stomach! Be careful!” She giggled and pushed him off herself lying him down next to her and switching on her bedside light to allow some light in the room. She smiled and lay on her side facing Ed, Ed copied and lay face-to-face with her. He smiled softly at her and gently stroked the side of her face
“Love you,” he said, no louder than a whisper
“Love you too,” Christina replied as her eyes closed and she felt herself slip into a welcome sleep.
