I'm going to tell my mom that I am coming to your house tonight, but really I'm going to go into the city with Ben. I would greatly appreciate if you could cover for me. I really don't want this to backfire like it always does in those stupid teen movies. Calling my house at any point would be greatly discouraged. And if my mom calls you saying that she can't get a hold of me, say that I'm in the bathroom, and that my phone is dead.
