Hardly Worth Your Time

It took us 2 weeks to actually finish the demos we'd send to Pete Wentz.

We came up with 3 demos. 3 of which included - Tonight, Tonight by The Smashing Pumpkins (one of Brendon's favorite bands), Blackbird by The Beatles (as requested by Trisha) and the original song which I written myself. I decided to call it, "Camisado".

"I can't believe we're actually gonna send these to Pete Wentz," Spencer said as he flopped on the bean bag.

"The man himself," I said as I finished uploading the songs into Myspace.

"I don't know what I'd do if he replies," Brendon said as he eagerly watched my every move.

"Probably cry," Brent laughed.

"Brendon's been crushing on him for the past 4 months now," Trisha said.

"I told you not to tell anyone!" Brendon grunted.

Holy hell, is he blushing?

"Dude," I laughed. "I never knew you had a crush on Pete Wentz. Let alone have a crush on another dude."

"Well, I have my moments." Brendon grinned.

I continued staring at the screen until Trisha tapped my shoulder.

"What are you waiting for? Send it already!"

"Fine. Hold on,"

I finally then had the guts to click send.

"Let's hope for the best you guys," I said.

Everyone just nodded in agreement.
