"Why are we buying skirts in winter?" Lillian asked.
"Because we can wear our knee high socks with it. I'm sure Johnny would love to see you in
a skirt and some socks with a little bow on the back." Alexis said smirking.
I laughed as Lillian glared at her.
"I wouldn't blame him. Half the time I want to have my way with you at the sight of you
wearing a skirt!" I said laughing as I threw my arms around her.
"So anything new going on with any of us lately?" I asked.
"Not with me and Jimmy except he's starting to shake at night with nightmares. When I wake
him he starts to either cry or hold on to me for dear life or both. I'm worried about him." Alexis
said looking down.
"He'll be fine. He's strong. I think it's just the memories that the song brought back." I said
looking at her.
"What did that song mean anyways?" Lillian asked.
"None of us know except Matt." Alexis said, "So what about you guys?"
"Nothing between me and Johnny. Not since last night. Before last night we would watch
movies in his room and fall asleep together. Now he goes to his room when ever he's at
home. He's quite. It's not like Johnny." Lillian said with her head down like Alexis.
"He's going through a lot. From what I heard his mom said some pretty harsh things to
him." I said giving both the girls a sideways hug.
"What about you and Matt?"
"Last night when I went into the bathroom he told me what happened at Johnny's house and
then told me about his nightmares."
"Are they bad?"
"The one that he told me is about zombies and watching them rip apart Jimmy's flesh. Two
of his worst fears in one."
"Eww." Lillian said with a disgusted face.

"Come on lets go look at chokers." Lillian said changing the subject.
"I think I might have Jimmy pierce my lip if he can or have one of my friends do it at HB
Tattoo." I said.

"We can make that into a corset and surprise them with it at one of their gigs."

"Me too lets go eat." I said as I walked over to the check out and paid before Alexis and

"So what should we eat?" Lillian asked once we were at the store.

"Subway ok?" Lillian said pointing to it.

We walked in and got in line.

"This is Mrs. Reyes calling from Hot Topic. We would like to know if you could come in and
model for us at 10:30 on Friday."
"Well today is Wednesday so I have two days. Sure." I said.
"Ok then it's set. Thank you so much."

"Who was that?" Alexis asked.

"Ohh..." Lillian said, "Is it ironic that we were just in there?"
"Just a little." Alexis said laughing. We talked as the line slowly moved up until three guys got behind us in line. I felt a hand brush across my ass, but I kept my cool thinking maybe it was just an accident.

"Lets go stop them before they get into too much trouble."

"What's going on here?" We heard someone say before we turned around to be greeted
with security.
"Well sir that guy was harassing my girlfriend who was waiting for me to come. Those guys
did the same to my friend's girls." Matt said wrapping an arm around me like he was
comforting me.
"Ok well I'm just going to talk to the other officers and I'll get back to you." The guy said
walking away. I put my head on his chest and looked up at him.

"It's no problem." He smiled down at me and kissed my forehead.
"I'm going to have to ask you to pick up your friends at the jail. Unfortunately because they
weren't acting in self-defense it's assault. I understand where you are coming from because
it's happened to me before. Miss I heard that you also hit someone?"

"Ok. Well that was self-defense so you shouldn't have any charges filed against you or
anything. So now all you need to do is to go pick up your friends." The officer said shaking
Matt's hand and walking away. Matt pulled away and grabbed my hand and walked over to the girls.
"Let's go pick up your boyfriends and then we'll go out to Subway and eat. Ok?"

"Actually Alexis can I use Jimmy's car to go pick up some clothes and materials at my
house?" Lillian asked.
"Yeah here." She said handing her the keys. We grabbed our bags and parted.

skipped to Matt's car. He laughed and shook his head before putting on his hood.
"What Matt embarrassed to be seen with me?" I asked in fake offense.

"No I'm shocked that you would be embarrassed by me. I'm going to cry now!" I yelled as I
threw my self on his car. We laughed as he unlocked his car and got in. Me and Alexis followed.
"So Matt why were you guys at the mall?" Alexis asked.
"Trent got his order."
"What does he have to do?" I asked.
"He has to destroy Papa Gates Guitars."
"But why Papa Gates? Papa Gates means a lot to all of us. Even to me, Lillian, and Trent." I
said a little pissed.
"I don't know Adri. I just don't know." Matt said placing a hand on my knee.
"How is he going to do that? Won't Brian's parents hear?" I asked.
"His parents are away with some other family."
"Well at least they're not home." Alexis said.
"Lets go bail some people out!" Matt said as he got out of the car. I laughed as we walked in.
"Just wait here." Matt said. Me and Alexis nodded and stood there.
"I'm guessing movies are off for tonight?" She asked.
"No. We'll figure it out some how." I said as Matt and Jimmy came back.
"They have Johnny at juvie because he's still 17." I nodded and we drove to the juvie.
"So what are you lovely ladies doing tonight?" Jimmy asked as Matt went to get Johnny.
"Um..Watching movies and then doing Trent's order. I think." I said kind of confused.
Jimmy laughed at me as Matt and Johnny got into the car.
"Where's Lillian?" Johnny asked.
"She had to go home and get some clothes." I said as I turned back around in my chair and
Matt started the car. As soon as we said that his stone cold face appeared back up.

"But this is destroying Papa Gates prize possessions."
"I know it is, but he'll destroy something of yours if you don't."

means a lot to me too. He taught me to play guitar."

"Let's go. It's almost 1:30." Matt said as he grabbed my hand.
"Ok." Trent said as he picked up a bat that Zacky had brought over. We all walked across the street to Brian's house and walked in.
"The music room is up the stairs three doors to the right." Brian said as he showed Trent where it was, "But let me grab my guitars first so you don't destroy them."
He ran up the stairs and came back down a few minutes later with three guitars.
"Ok. Have fun, but not too much fun." Brian said as laughed. He tried to hide the hurt in his
voice, but it was known. We heard a bunch of loud crashes and then they stopped.
"Can we go?!" Trent yelled as he made his way through us and back across the street to
Matt's house.
"I'll talk to him." I said as I walked after him. I walked into the living room where I heard sniffling.
"Trent?" I said with my voice low enough for only him to hear.
"Hey there you are." I said as I sat next to him on the couch.

"This is messed up." He said his voice shaking slightly.
"I know it is, but we'll get through it ok?"

That stupid nightmare came back twice last night.
"Hey Matt I need to go walking for a bit." Johnny said walking out of the house not even

"I haven't cleaned your cuts in a few days why don't we go see how those are cleaning up."
