Wake Up Call

Jacks POV
After the lake Rian decided to take Zack and I to a different coffee place. "What is this place Rian?" Zack asks. "It's a new coffee place. It just opened a few months ago and I've never gotten around to going to it." As soon as we walk in I see him. I see Alex and Kyle. "Hey, Alex!" Zack says. "Hey" Alex mumbles. "Zack shut up." I accidentally say. Alex and Kyle walk out. "What was that all about Jack?" Rian asks. "Nothing." I say. "Right, looks like someone never got over Alex.” Rian says. “Yeah I did. That’s why I broke up with him.” I snap. “Whatever.” Rian says as he rolls his eyes.

Alexs POV
The car ride with Kyle got really awkward. The radio wasn’t on and we didn’t talk most of the ride. “Thanks for today.” I say. “No problem.” He replies. “Uhh.. will there be a second?” I ask. Kyle looks at me and smiles. “There could be” I smile back. “Uhh where from here?” He asks. “Take a right, then a left.” He turns swiftly. “Second house on the right.” He parks the car in front of my house. I unbuckle my seat belt and open the door. “Hey, you forgot something.” He says. “What?” And right then and there he kissed me.
