Not So Sweet Sixteen

You only get to have one sweet sixteen in your life.
And sadly for Alice her's wasn't so sweet; it was more sour if you know what I mean.
For one of her birthday presents she gets non-invited to her best friends birthday party.
Will it turn out sweet in the end or be sour all the way?

(Hint: It does eventually get sweet.)

So yeah.. I don't expect much from it..
There are tons of other contestants and they are probably way better than mine..
