Falling Feet Over Head...

Meeting Him. Meeting Her.

“Guys, why are we going to this concert?”

“Because, the band isn’t known to our fans which means we can just be us and not worry about being chased.” Joe replied.

“Plus, Dani really likes the band. Just live a little Nick.” Kevin added. “You might end up liking the music. Just give it a chance.”

“Guys, can you believe it. I am going to be within inches of Airstream.” Danielle said.
“Calm down, it’s not like you have never met anyone famous.” Nick said.
“Yeah, well. I like this band…a lot. So it makes it different.” Danielle retorted. “It’s starting, It’s starting!”

The already loud crowd began to get even louder. Which none of the three boys thought was possible.

“Are you ready to ROCK!” A female voice yelled in the dark. The question was answered by even more screams.

A little less innocence
His morals aren’t so well defined
You’re here again, the rush beings
A line of joy and suicide.

I can’t find the words to say this.
I’m running out of patience.

Dearest I'm so sorry you're disturbed.
You know I'd hang on every word.
With each breath you take I think I’ve learned.
Careful you might get burned.

Tears tug at the corners of my eyes.
But I won’t let them go this time.
You’re here again, the rush begins.
A line of joy and suicide.

I can’t find the words to say this.
I’m running out of patience

Dearest I'm so sorry you're disturbed.
You know I'd hang on every word.
With each breath you take I think I’ve learned.
Careful you might get burned.

Let’s go…

Dearest I’m sorry
But this is not working.

Holding onto what I fight for
Bleeding for you,
A face to die for (x2)

“Thank y’all so much for coming to our show. That was DEAREST IM SO SORRY and we are AIRSTREAM.”

Its been like this from the start,
One piece after another to make my heart
You mistake the game for being smart,
Stand here, sell this and hit your mark.
But the sound of the steel and the crush and the grind
It all screams to remind who decides my life
But in time it all dies there's nothing left inside
Just rusted metal that was never even mine

I would scream
But I'm just this hollow shell
Waiting here, begging please,
Set me free so I can feel
Heeey

Stop trying to live my life for me
I need to breathe
I'm not your robot
Stop telling me I'm part of the big machine
I'm breaking free
Can't you see,
I can love, I can speak
Without somebody else operating me
You gave me eyes so now I see
I'm not your robot, I'm just me

All this time I've been misled
There was nothing but cross-wires in my head,
I've been taught to think that what I feel doesn't matter at all
So you say it's real

I would scream
But I'm just this hollow shell
Waiting here, begging please,
Set me free so I can feel
Heeey

Stop trying to live my life for me
I need to breathe
I'm not your robot
Stop telling me I'm part of the big machine
I'm breaking free
Can't you see,
I can love, I can speak
Without somebody else operating me
You gave me eyes so now I see
I'm not your robot, I'm just me

I'm not your robot, I'm just me
I'm not your robot

I would scream
But I'm just this hollow shell
Waiting here, begging please,
Set me free so I can feel
Heeey

Stop trying to live my life for me
I need to breathe
I'm not your robot
Stop telling me I'm part of the big machine
I'm breaking free
Can't you see,
I can love, I can speak
Without somebody else operating me
You gave me eyes so now I see
I'm not your robot, I'm just me

Stop trying to live my life for me
I need to breathe
I'm not your robot
Stop telling me I'm part of the big machine
I'm breaking free
Can't you see
I can love, I can speak
Without somebody else operating me
You gave me eyes and now I see
I'm not your robot, I'm just me

“We’re going to slow it down a bit now. This is something new. I hope you all enjoy it. It’s call I HOPE YOU FIND IT.”

These clouds aren't going nowhere, baby
Rain keeps coming down
I just thought I'd try to call you, baby
For you got too far outta town
And I hope that you get this message that I'm leaving for you
'Cause I hate that you left without hearing the words that I needed you to

And I hope you find it,
What you're looking for
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be
And so much more

And I hope you're happy, wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that
And I hope you find it

Am I supposed to hang around and wait forever?
Last words that I said
But that was nothing but a broken heart talkin', baby
You know that wasn't what I meant
Call me up, let me know that you got this message that I'm leaving for you
'Cause I hate that you left without hearing the words that I needed you to

And I hope you find it,
What you're looking for
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be
And so much more

And I hope you're happy, wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that
And I hope you find it
Whatever it is out there that you were missing here

And I hope you find it,
What you're looking you
And I hope it's everything you dreamed your life could be
And so much more

And I hope you're happy wherever you are
I wanted you to know that
And nothing's gonna change that
No, no, no
And I hope you find it
I hope you find it
Mmm,
Ooh.

“We only have a few more songs.” The girl spoke. “This next one is also new and the title track to our upcoming album. This one’s for the girls.”

Can you feel me
When I think about you
With every breath I take
Every minute
Don't matter what I do
My world is an empty place

Like I've been wonderin the desert
For a thousand days (oooh)
Don't know if it's a mirage
But I always see your face, Baby

I'm missing you so much
Can't help it even now
A day without you is like a year without rain
I need you by my side
Don't know how else to find
But a day without you is like a year without rain (oooh)

The stars are burning
I hear your voice in my mind (in my mind)
Can't you hear me calling
My heart is yearning
Like the ocean is running dry
Catch me I'm falling

It's like the ground is crumbling underneath my feet
Won't you save me
This gonna be a month soon
Then you get back to me (ooooh Baby)

I'm missing you so much
Can't help it even now
A day without you is like a year without rain
I need you by my side
Don't know how else to find
But a day without you is like a year without rain (oooh)

So let this drought come to an end
And make this desert flower again
I'm so glad you found me
Stick arround me
Baby baby baby (ooooh)

It's a world of wonder
With you in my life
So hurry baby
Don't waste no more time
I need you near right
There it's plain
By a day without you
Is like a year without rain (oooh)

I'm missing you so much
Can't help it even now
A day without you is like a year without rain
I need you by my side
Don't know how else to find
But a day without you is like a year without rain (oooh)

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a, bed of roses
Sink me in the river, at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh oh, uh oh

Lord make me a rainbow, I’ll shine down on my mother
She'll know I’m safe with you when she stands under my colors, oh and
Life ain't always what you think it ought to be, no
Ain't even grey, but she buries her baby

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had, just enough time

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a, bed of roses
Sink me in the river, at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had, just enough time

And I’ll be wearing white, when I come into your kingdom
I’m as green as the ring on my little, cold finger, I’ve
Never known the lovin' of a man
But it sure felt nice when he was holding my hand, there’s a
Boy here in town says he’ll, love my forever
Who would have thought forever could be severed by
The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had, just enough time

So put on your best boys and I’ll wear my pearls
What I never did is done

A penny for my thoughts, oh no, I’ll sell them for a dollar
They're worth so much more after I’m a goner
And maybe then you’ll hear the words I been singin’
Funny when your dead how people start listenin’

If I die young, bury me in satin
Lay me down on a, bed of roses
Sink me in the river, at dawn
Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh oh (uh, oh)
The ballad of a dove (uh, oh)
Go with peace and love
Gather up your tears, keep ‘em in your pocket
Save them for a time when your really gonna need them, oh

The sharp knife of a short life, well
I’ve had, just enough time

So put on your best boys and I’ll wear my pearls

“They played DEAD SERIOUS! I love that song.” Danielle said as the group was walking out. “I wish I could meet them.”

“Awe does Dani like the guitarist?” Joe teased.

“No, Joe. It’s the lead singer that I really want to meet.” Danielle replied. “Besides, Jace is dating Taylor Swift.”

“Ouch, Joe.” Nick said.

I want your love and

You and me could write a bad romance

I want your love and
All your lovers' revenge
You and me could write a bad romance

Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!
Caught in a bad romance
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!
Caught in a bad romance

Rah-rah-ah-ah-ah-ah!
Roma-roma-mamaa!
Ga-ga-ooh-la-la!
Want your bad romance

“Seriously Libs. Do you have to sing that on the way back to the bus. I just wanna call Taylor, but nooo you have to go for an after concert walk around the parking lot.” Jace said.

“Seriously Jace, I have to sing that song. But you can just go back to the bus and call Taylor. Tell her I said hi.” I replied.
“But—“
“Just go. I’m a big girl now Jace. I don’t need my big brother to watch me 24-7.”

“Fine.”

I always like to take a walk under the stars after concerts. It gives me time to unwind. And to think about life. As I was walking I noticed four figures ahead of me just standing. Probably waiting for a ride home or something.

“Hey, do you guys need to call someone to pick you up?” I questioned. Once hearing me voice my question the group turned to face me.

“You—you—you’re Liberty Hale.” The girl said.

“Yeps, and I’m guessing you’re a fan?” I replied.

The girl nodded.

“Well it’s really nice to meet you. Did you enjoy the concert?”

“Yes.” She spoke. “It was amazing. And all the new stuff is really good. I’m Danielle Jonas. It’s really nice to meet you.”
“Thank you. Are you waiting for someone?”

“Just Big Rob.” One of the boys with her replied.
“Yeah he’ll be here in about 45 minutes or so.” Another added.

“Well in that case would y’all want to come hang out with me and the rest of the fam on the bus?”

“Would I ever!” Danielle said. “I mean yes, we would love to.”
