After Tonight
Everytime I visited the graveyard, I was reminded of how powerless doctors were.
I could've done something... but I didn't. I regretted not ever visiting for five months. And it haunted me.
Everyday I'd bring the same flowers and stayed there to watch the sunset, like we used to. The silence wasn't so bad until I realized how cold my hands were.
I was a nobody. A dot in society. A page in a dusty book that was read too fast. But I wanted to become somebody.
And this was my story.
I read from a book that Cinderella, Snow White, And Sleeping Beauty... from the beginning weren't perfect. The main character was always missing something. It's only a happy ending on the last page, right? If the princess had everything from the beginning, there wouldn't be a story. Anyone who is imperfect or incomplete can become the main character in the story.
Well, this was how I became the main character.
