Opposites Attract

Fifteen

I kissed Cory's neck for the fifth time this afternoon. I could tell that he rolled his eyes, seeing as this was yet another one of my attempts at distracting him.

As you remember, I don't live with my dad anymore... well I guess I still do technically, but I still haven't confronted him yet. I'm not even afraid of him anymore... I just don't want to deal with him. Especially since Dallan is still here. Dallan won't let me go back home unless he goes with me, and the absolute last thing I want is my dad fawning over my brother and insisting that I'm just a screw-up. He may not hit me in front of Dallan, but he never stops with the insults - oh I mean "constructive criticism." Either way, I don't want take another hit to my self-esteem.

So I've been living with Cory. It's not as thrilling as you would think. He's afraid of his mom walking in on us and making her uncomfortable. And I'm trying to be nice about that, but do you understand how hard it is to keep your lips to yourself when the boy you love is sitting there on his bed, looking beautiful and perfect as always?

"Cory..."
"Knock it off, Sean."
"But Cory, you've been reading that book for an hour."
"No, I've been trying to read this book for an hour. You keep bugging me."
"Sorry, but I'm bored."
"Why don't you read a book?"
I gave him a look that said 'Seriously? Do you know me at all?' He rolled his eyes and went back to reading. I would've kept bothering him, but even Cory gets pissed off, and I hate having him mad at me. Plus, his mom was at home, so it's not like I could do too much to him.

I got off of the bed and left the room. If I can't bother Cory, maybe I can bother someone else, like Dallan. I would go see him, but I honestly don't know where he's been staying right now. He went to see Dad the first day he came back, but I don't think he stayed. I took out my phone and called him.

"Hey, Ace! What's up?"
I grinned. "Absolutely nothing. I'm bored. Can we hang out?"
"Sure thing, Ace. But, I kinda figured you'd be too busy for your old bro, since you've been living with your new boyfriend."
I rolled my eyes. "Aw, he's no fun. He's too busy reading to hang out with me." I said, loud enough for Cory to hear me.
"You can't make me feel guilty, Sean!" Cory called out to me.
I glared at his bedroom door while Dallan chuckled. "Alright, I hear you. I'll come pick you up in about... ten minutes, 'kay?"
"Great. See you later."

We hung up. I went back into Cory's bedroom and jumped on the bed. He just shook his head, not even looking up at me.

"Don't you want to come hang out with me and Dallan?"
"No... I want to read my book. Besides, you know I never really liked Dallan."
"Why not? He's great!"
"He's a bad influence on you."
"Oh please. I was already like this. He just amplified it." I grinned, making his roll his eyes and put down his book.
"So what are you and him gonna do?"
"I dunno. I haven't really seen him in a few years, and we haven't hung out since he came to visit. Maybe we'll just go to the mall. He loved the mall."
"He loved the girls at the mall."
"Not true. He liked a few of the guys, too." Cory frowned. "Oh come on, Dallan's a great guy. We always had fun with him."
"Yeah, until he got you in trouble with your dad."
"My dad doesn't care about me... whatever. I just think you should get out of the house and come with us."
"No thanks, Sean."
"Suit yourself."

Dallan and I had gone to the mall after-all. We sat in the food court as I helped him scope out hotties, and even though I was gay, I could still tell what girls looked really hot. I wasn't sure what Dallan's preference was - I don't think he really had one, I mean if it was pretty and/or shiny and he could sleep with it, then he did.

"Okay, how about her?" He pointed his french fries at a tall brunette walking past our table.
"She goes to my school."
"...And?"
"She's too young for you."
"...And?" I rolled my eyes as my brother grinned. "Alright, how about him?" He pointed at... Forrest. The guy who I absolutely despise.
"Never. Don't even look at him. I can't stand that guy. He ruined ever summer I ever went to camp, and he's just absolutely evil. He's the one that started the jocks making fun of Cory. And worst of all, he's dating Zephy. Ugh, I don't know what she sees in that asshole."
"Whoa, I just wanted to know if you thought he was cute. Kinda hostile there, huh? Look, I'll tell you now - I really don't care about personality right now, I'm just looking for a good time tonight. I haven't really been settling into long-lasting relationships for a while."
"Still upset about Tony?"
"What? Nah, I'm-I'm totally over Tony. I'm just enjoying being single."
"Hm... well, uh, you know, maybe what you need is to meet someone who isn't gonna be a one night stand. Just like, go on a real date for once, ya know?"
"Come on, Ace, I said I wasn't doing the long-term thing-"
"It's not long term, just one date! See, I know this guy-"
"Who's hot, fun, and legal? How many of those do you know, Sean?"
"Uh... just one. One that you've met before..."
"One that I've... oh no, you're not trying to set me up with your teacher, are you?"
"Please! He's a great guy: he's funny, he's smart, he's nice, and I know you think he's cute. Plus, he's a grown man - no worries about statutory!"
"Sean, don't push me on this. Okay, I'll agree he's easy on the eyes, but do you really think I want to hang out with your teacher? Besides, he barely said a word to me when we met."
"He was speechless! Obviously, he liked you! I mean, why else would he have been blushing?! Just ask him on one date, that's all I ask!"
"Well... if my own little brother recommended him, then I guess he can't be too bad. Alright, gimme his number and I'll call him tonight." He grinned.
My smile matched his, and I wrote down Mr. Sinclair's number.
"His name is Keith. Just tell him you wanted to thank him for looking after me, and that you guys should meet for coffee or something."
"I think I know how to ask a person out on a date, Sean."
"No, you know how to get in a person's pants. I don't want you sleeping with him because that is just disgusting. Just be nice to him, but not too nice."
"You have my word." He pocketed the number. "And speaking of sleeping with someone, how far have you gotten with Cory?"
I coughed and cleared my throat. "We haven't done anything Dallan, just made out. And it seems like he doesn't even want to do that anymore. I think he's just afraid of getting caught in front of his mom, but honestly it's killing me. He sleeps in his boxers - how could I not want mess around with him?"
He chuckled and ate another fry. "Sounds like you're taking after your brother. Tell you what - I think you and Cory need some time alone, so why don't you take him out on a date, and then afterward, you can bring him back to my place. I'll stay out of the way in the bedroom and let you guys do your thing. Just uh, don't get too freaky. I'm still your big brother, and I don't want you going too far, alright?"
I rolled my eyes. "Do you really think I would go that far with him even if I could? I'm not a total man-whore like you."
"That's only because you haven't had a chance to let your freak flag fly. Trust me, a day full of romance will help you get into his pants. Wait... that's not the kind of advice I should be giving you. Uh... just remember that... you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar."
I stared at him with a raised eyebrow. "Really, dude?"
"Hey, I'm new at this whole parenting thing!"
"Parenting thing? What are you talking about?"
"Oh, well I was thinking that if you really aren't happy living at home with Dad anymore, that maybe you could come live with me."
"Live with you? Really? That'd be awesome, but where would we live? I can't move all the way to Beach Town with you... and what about school, and Cory-"
"Whoa relax, Ace! I thought about this before. I'm gonna buy a place out here. That way you don't have to worry about getting rid of your old life, but you won't have to deal with Dad. I don't know how to work out all the details with him, but I'm already looking for apartments."
"Oh... we have to talk to him about it?"
He sighed and put a hand on my shoulder. "Sean, we've got to tell him. You can't keep avoiding this forever. Now, I'm willing to help you out here because I'd hate to have you go back to that house, but I'm not gonna let you ignore Dad for the rest of your life. I made the mistake of running away when Dad didn't agree with my sexuality, and I realize that I was wrong for that so I'm not letting that happen to you. When you're ready, you and I are going home and we're gonna talk to him."
I sighed, knowing that he wouldn't let up on this. "Fine, but I'm doing it anytime soon."
"Oh really? How about this: if you and I don't talk to Dad by the end of the week, then I won't go on a date with your teacher."
"This has got to be the weirdest-sounding ultimatum ever. Fine. Mr. Sinclair better like you."
"Hey, what's not to like?" He smirked.

Why was I working so hard to help Mr. Sinclair? Because he'd do the same for me. In fact, he already has. And aside from me actually trying to do better and be less annoying in his class, I haven't done anything for him in return, so I feel like it's only fair. Although, now that I think about it, maybe I shouldn't be setting him up with my brother. I did want to be nice to him, and my brother is a man-whore. Oh well, maybe they'll bring out the best in each other. Or the worst. Either way, it'll be fun. XD

***

Dallan dropped me off back at Cory's house after we saw a movie at the mall. I went upstairs and found Cory sitting on his bed, leaning against the headboard with his eyes closed and the book still in his lap. I grinned evilly and closed the door behind me.

I slowly climbed in the bed with him and waved a hand in front of his face to make sure he was still asleep. When he didn't respond, I grinned, a evil plan forming in my head. I leaned in and gave him a light kiss on the cheek, then one on his lips, and then his neck. I stayed there and kissed his neck a few more times until I heard him moan. I smiled and started to suck lightly on his neck. He moaned again, and somehow he slept through all this. I heard him say my name this time, and then my plan only got worse. Slowly, I trailed my hand down his chest. I bit his neck softly, earning another moan. My hand now lay on his crotch. I whispered in his ear: "Tell me what you want, Cory." He moaned, then replied with a simple "You, Sean." I smirked and started rubbing him through his pants. As soon as I got a 'rise' out of him, I whispered to him: "Now I bet you wish you hadn't spent all day reading a book, huh?" He made a confused sound, and I grabbed 'him', making Cory gasp and wake up. His eyes shot open and he blinked at me.

"Wha- Sean? Wh-Wh-When did y-y-you get b-back?"
"About ten minutes ago. Have a good time while I was gone?"
"Uh, y-y-yeah. I, uh, read my book."
"Uh huh. And what's it about?"
"I-I-I-I can't remember."
I smirked and started rubbing him again, making his eyes pop out of his head.
"Sean! Wh-Wh-Wh-What are you d-d-doing?!"
"The same thing that I've been doing for the past nine minutes."
"What?! C-C-Cut it out!"
"Why? You weren't complaining before." I grabbed 'him' again. He moaned and bit his lip.
"I was a-asleep. Th-Th-That doesn't count."
"Sure it does. You've got the same hard-on." I grinned.
"Sean," he whined, "why are you being so mean to me?"
"I thought I was being nice. But if you don't want me to, then I guess I'll just stop."
"No! I mean... you don't have to."
"No, I don't want to make you uncomfortable." I sighed and moved my hand away.
"You're gonna make me beg, aren't you?"
I laughed and pressed my lips to his. He kissed me back hungrily, forcing his tongue into my mouth. Our tongues wrestled, but since he was so eager, he won and began exploring my mouth. I kept rubbing him through his pants, but I could tell that wouldn't be enough for him in a moment. His hand went to the back of my head and pressed me closer to him.

I had never done this with a guy before, and I had only made out with girls before, so I really didn't know what else to do. And even if I did know what to do, I didn't know how far Cory was willing to go. Since he's always been so shy and he easily hyperventilates, I didn't want to make him do anything he didn't want to do. He doesn't seem to be having this same internal battle as me, though. He was too focused on trying to feel my abs. I wasn't complaining.

His hands slid up my shirt and rubbed my body. I pulled away and stared at him, his breathing now heavy.

"Cory, do you know how far you're going?"
"No. Why, a-a-are you n-n-nervous?"
I bit my lip. "I'm not sure."
"Do you wanna stop?"
"Not until I am sure."
He smiled and kissed me again, this time softer.

I sucked on his bottom lip. His hand found the hem of my shirt again, and I smiled and moved back. I pulled my shirt over my head and grinned when I saw his eyes light up at the sight of my chest.

"I forgot how built y-you were." He eyed me, then looked down. "I'm w-w-way too skinny, huh?"
I kissed his neck. "You're perfect."
He blushed and looked at me. "Bu-"
"Don't even try to protest. I'll prove it to you."
I started sucking on his neck again, trying my best to leave a hickey. He moaned my name and gripped onto my arm. I moved my hand back down to his area and started rubbing again, this time deciding to go below the pants. I slid my hand in his pants but above his underwear and rubbed him more firmly. He said my name again, this time as a gasp.

And that's when his mother walked in.

She gasped, then Cory gasped, then I moved away and Cory hid 'himself' with his pillow. His mother was embarrassed, yelled at us for a few minutes, then gave up and went away flustered. Now Cory is bright red and looking down, while I honestly just found the whole thing kinda funny, but I didn't laugh.

"Fuck." I sighed.
"I wish."
I blinked then raised an eyebrow at him. "What was that?"
His eyes widened. I'm guessing he didn't mean to say that out loud. He blushed an even deeper shade of red, if that was even possible.
"What did you say, Cory?" I smirked.
"N-N-N-N-Nothing!"
"It didn't sound like nothing."
"No, really! I didn't s-s-say anything."
I smiled and gave him a quick kiss. "Well, anyway, your mom coming in did remind me of something. I wanted to know if you wanted to go out tomorrow."
"What? Like a date?"
"Well, we are dating now, so why not?"
He grinned. "That sounds great. Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise." Because I have absolutely no idea yet.
"When did you get so romantic?" He kissed me.
"Since I had to convince my best friend that I would make a great boyfriend."
"Well, you've already proved that, but there's no reason for you to stop."
He kissed me again, reigniting our make-out session, only stopping whenever we heard footsteps in the hallway.

I love my life.
