Every Teenager Needs a Second Chance

Taylor and I were walking to my room the next day.

"Why is your dad so nice?" Taylor randomly asked.

"Because he is?" I shrugged.

"Why did he take us all in though?" Taylor asked.

I thought about it. I really had no idea. I would have to ask him that one day.

"I honestly don't know." I finally told Taylor.

We entered my room. I jumped onto my bed and laid down. Taylor sat in a chair in my room.

"So, you know the twins' birthday is tomorrow, right?" Taylor asked.

I sat up in my bed. "No, I didn't."

"Yeah, Jared told me. What should we do for them?"

I grinned. "Let's go tell my dad. We are going to have a party."

Taylor grinned back. "Hell yeah!"

We left my room to go find my dad and tell him about tomorrow.
