Nerds Need Love Too

By the end of the day Haley and myself were super excited about going out

"We need to go shopping and get our nails done" Haley said

Kai had just walked over and held my hand

"Ok" I squeaked

Kai was reading somthing and wasnt really paying attention

"Kai im gonna go out with Haley so I will be home around 5ish" I said

He looked down at me and nodded. I leaned up to kiss him

"You two are so adorable" Haley said

Kai laughed and gave me his silver card

"See you later Val. And you two get what you want" he said kissing me one more time then leaving

I watched him walk away

"Come on you will see him in a few hours" Haley said pulling me toward her bright red sports car

I smiled and we drove off to the mall

"So have you guys set a date yet?" she asked

I shook my head

"They said we could do it when we are 18" I said softly

She smiled

"When you start planning I will help you tons" she said

I nodded. When we finally got to the mall Haley pulled me into this cute dress shop

"Kai said get whatever so it's our right" i said showing her Kai's card

She giggled and clapped. And so we began shopping.

~ 1 hour later

It took Haley and myself some time to find the right dress. I picked a mid thigh silver dress and she picked a pink dress with a black strap around the middle

"Ryan is gonna die when he sees you in that dress" I said

She smiled

"Ok time for nails" she said pulling me pass more shops

I was thinking about Kai so I decided to text him

~Hey you~ I sent

Haley was chatting about what to do with her hair and somthing else

~Yes hunny~ he sent back

I smiled and texted back

~Just seeing if you haven't died from boredom~ I sent

Haley and I finally walked up to the nail shop. I slid my phone away and giggled

"You two are seriously too freaking adorable. I thought you wouldnt like him" Haley said

I shurgged and relaxed as the lady massaged my hand

"At first I was kinda pissed but it wasnt his fault. I really like him though" I said

Haley giggled

"But you guys seem to even out. Your all peppy and hyper and he is quite and calm" she said

I nodded

"And he's hot so that's a bonus" I said softly

Haley laughed

"Well im glad you have someone. I was starting to think you would date David" she said honestly

I gasped

"Eww David is gross. And he sleeps with everyone" I said

Haley giggled

"So does Mary" Haley said growling

I shook my head

"Who did she flirt with now?" I asked

She bit her lip

"When I was going to go talk to Ryan she was laying on the desk in her uniform knowing everyone could see her ass. But Ryan looked at me and smiled and when she saw me she like was about to attack me. But Ryan got up and talked to me while she gave me a death glare" Haley said

Goodness

"Kai dated her freshman year but he dumped her" I said looking at one finished hand

Haley gasped

"Ew good he left her she is a super slut. I hope she isnt at my party" Haley said

I laughed. I felt my phone vibrate

~I have a surprise for you. And yes you not being here is killing me slowly~ he sent

I giggled and put my phone away

"Kai must have texted you" She said looking at her hands

I smiled and watched the lady finish up

"He is giving me a surprise" I said

Haley's nail's were done and she was thanking the lady. We had gotten french manicures

"I love that you picked black for yours" she said

I stood up when they finished and thanked the woman. I paid and looked at the time it was 4:30 already

"Now lets get hairstyled" Haley said not caring how dumb she sounded

I nodded and she pulled me in the other direction

"Text Ryan to pick you up from Kai's house. Your getting ready with me" I said

Haley nodded and pulled out her phone. I pulled her into the salon and told the lady what what we both wanted. I wanted sexy full curls Haley wanted bouncy curls

"He said ok and give him Kai's number" she said

I typed it in her phone and she sent it. A few minutes later we left the salon and were on the way home

~Haley and I are coming there to change. You can't look though~ I sent

I directed Haley toward the house

~Ok i will get ready downstairs~ he sent back

I smiled and got out of the car. I opened the door

"Im down the hall from the kitchen you can have the bedroom" Kai yelled

Haley smiled

"Take theese upsatirs third door on the left please" I said giving her my bag

She nodded. I walked into the kitchen and walked down the hall

"How big is this friken house" I said softly

I walked to one of the rooms and I heard a shower running. So i went in quietly and walked into the bathroom

"Did you know I was gonna come back here?" I asked

I heard his laugh from the shower

"I had a feeling" he said softly

He popped his head out. He looked so hot

"Come here please" he said softly

I walked over and he wrapped his arm around me and kissed me roughly. I laughed and pulled back

"Kai stop I need to go get ready" I said

His hair was dripping on me and he was soaking my hoodie

"Fine" he let go and went back to showering

I giggled and left the room. Time to get ready
