Nerds Need Love Too

I walked into the room and I could barely see but the bathroom light was on. I went in and put my medcine on the counter and took out the eye drops

"Blue" I said softly

I looked over and she was laying on the floor with her hand over her stomach. I shook my head and put the eye drops in

"I have to tell you somthing" she said softly

I blinked and put my glasses on. I put my hand out and helped her up and I saw her eyes were red like she had been crying

"What's wrong?" I asked hugging her

She started crying in my chest and I rubbed her back softly. She pulled back and wiped her face

"Im pregnant" she said softly

I lifted her chin up and gave her a confused look

"Im pregnant Kai" she said softly

I didn't know what to do she was sad which is a bad thing but I don't know. I pulled her to the bed and sat down first and she crawled on my lap

"Like a baby in here?" I asked pointing to her belly

She gave me a "duh" look and nodded her head. I rubbed my head and looked at her

"What do you want to do?" I asked

She shrugged and fell back on me. She put her hand against her stomach

"I would never get rid of it. And adoption I just would feel so wrong so I guess we are going to be parents" she said softly looking up at me

I nodded and kissed her forehead

"I love you" I said softly

She moved so she was laying on me and had her head on my chest

"Will you love me when Im huge?" she asked

I laughed and nodded

"What about when im throwing up?" she asked

I wrinkled my nose

"Hold your hair and try not to throw up myself" I said

She giggled and wrapped her arms around me. I rubbed her head and she took a deep breath and she sat up

"We have to tell everyone now" she said

I pulled her down to me and kissed her softly. She got up off of me and I slid off the bed. We walked downstairs slowly and everyone was in the living room. Everyone being: My parents, Val's parents, Val's brother and wife and kids, Ryan and Haley, My brother and sisters

"Guys" I said getting everyone attention

Kalie and Haley looked at each other sad. Val took a deep breath

"Valora is pregnant" I said

My parents look calm but Val's dad looked furious

"What?!" he shouted

Val rolled her eyes

"Sit down stop acting like you are still my father. I dont live with you and you don't own me" she said angrily

Her mother touched his arm and I squeezed Val's hand. Haley was crying on Ryan

"Hale please stop crying" Val said coming over and hugging her

Ryan hugged Val and kissed her belly

"We are keeping it" I said

My father nodded his head and stood up. He put his hand out to me

"Im very proud of you son for stepping up and taking on your responsibilty. Here" he said handing me keys

I looked at them and shook his hand. My mother smiled

"We were going to show you guys later but surprise we bought you a home" my mother said

Val got up and stood next to me giving my mom the same look. I smiled and for the first time I hugged my father. At first her stood ther then he patted my back

"And you know you have a position wating for you at moms company. So you two will be made in the shade and so will my grandchild" he said

I laughed and pulled back to look at him. He hugged Val and kissed her forehead

"You're perfect" he said in her ear

I smiled and held Val's hand. We sat downstairs and all talked happily like a big family.

Later on Samantha took Kai, Ryan, Haley and I to our new house. It was so beautiful. It was a small two story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bed room had a huge window seat with a perfect view of the sunset

"I love it" I said dancing around in our empty living room

The house had smooth white carpet and I made everyone take their shoes off. The kitchen was beautiful with eggshell blue walls and boat wall papering. The other bedrooms each were painted white all but one was a light green color

"Nursery" Kai said from behind me

I giggled and hugged Samantha

"I love it so much thank you!!" I said happily

She laughed and hugged me back. Haley and I jumped around for a bit

"Your backyard is right near the beach man" Ryan said happily

I giggled and looked around happily. This was perfect
